- In this video, I will be going over the Top Ten Pokémon You Should Always Catch in Pokémon GO.
If you want to get ahead in this game, there are a ton of different Pokémon that will help get you there. However, for one reason or another, many players will ignore plenty of these particular Pokémon as they play the game every day. This can be a huge mistake as any of these Pokémon can evolve into some of the most powerful Pokémon you can have, or they can net you a ton of Stardust and Experience.

Eevee is one that I always catch. There seems to be no limit how much candy I need for them.

Ever sense I found out I need to evolve all the Eeveeultions to get passed like level 42

@@joshuabartley656 I have had good luck with Sylveon in the Great League. I used Shadow Machamp, Sylveon and Vaporeon and I found there were very few times that I found myself in trouble.
My rule of thumb in pokemon go when catching pokemon: catch everything i see and can. Not only will i get tons of exp and stardust, i sometimes get lucky and encounter a completely random shiny, or sometimes i get lucky and find a 100% iv. You can never have too much poke candy. At one point i had well over 1000+ pikachu candy.

Truly NEVER. Maybe one day it will get a new move that makes him good in PvP/PvE or get shadow or even maybe get a hundo or a shundo

Every Thursday I crack an egg and use a stardust piece and collect my 7 day streak first Pokémon of the day. Try to make some excellent throws.... Then I go on an evolving spree. Level up quick that way

I suggest you show pictures of the Pokémon your talking about when you’re talking about them because for beginners might not know all the Pokémon so when you just say the name idk who you’re talking about

I only recently started but I pretty much always use a bonus candy berry when I see a magikarp. The game isnt giving me any good roll karps yet but when it finally does I should hopefully have the candy to evolve it. also I find myself always going for other way too much candies pokemon like wailmer all the time too for partly the same reason

Any dragon because they are rare and it’s the last Platinum medal I got. Some Pokémon evolve into dragon such as Trapinch.
That what i do have a line to traps and even dragon again for other point to the medal.
Also, everyone should always grab all the rats and karps they see, the XS and XL medals take forever but trading goes a long ways
yeah. im playing for 3 1/2 years now almost daily. almost at level 50 but only have 75 of 1000 rattata. catching them all though

There are a bunch of pokemon that have increased base stardust catch gains not mentioned here. Most recently notable being Meowth.
Pidgey are not common. Maybe they will be again someday? Doubtful. Why is it so rare? No clue.
I'm lvl 32 and I've been playing since December '21 and haven't seen one wild pidgey yet.
They were everywhere when Pokemon go first came out

Hypno/Drowzee is my favorite. I was surprised to hear you say he's always relevant for the league... can you point me to more info on that? he seems to be really bad to me. Is it a certain moveset that helps?
audino is the one i will always use golden berries to catch and i will try to catch every single one i see. i try to catch gible and bagon if i see them in the wild as well.

Machop is the new pidgey, they're so common where I live. They have huge hit boxes and are very easy to catch making it one of the best pokemon to try and get an excellent throw on.
Restarted GO on a new account after 3-4 year break and not seen one pidgey 😂

25 Eevee candy to evolve, not 50.
For me, I play Eevee GO, so that means I play because there is eevee in the game XD, I will always use pinap berry on eevee.

I have a shiny Chimecho however I rarely play due to lack of PokeStops and gyms in my area. I'm not sure why shinies even matter when even for best buddies it is 40K stardust from both to trade it 😑

@@CountJinsulaOfficial i love hearing mispronunciations! What helped me was watching the anime with English dub. This may be the only good reason to watch it dubbed. They pronounce names correctly 99% of the time.

Sabeleye gives a lot of stardust too, it’s 500, or 700
You forgot to mention that catching second/third stage Pokemon also give guaranteed XL candy :)

Not sure mass evolutions are as good as they once were. Better to grind excellent catches these days. Evolving takes too long.
I save evolves form raining/other days i can not go out or to max a lucky egg so i always doing something in between raids, catching or leveling up friends
I save my evolves for the one spotlight hour a month that has 2x XP for evolving, pop an egg for 4x evolve XP.
And pidgeot is very strong in the great league.

the fastest way is adding friends and trading gifts 3000 per friend 6000 with lucky egg
30 open gift limit so either 90k or 180k xp

The best way is reaching best friends with you're whole friendlist at once with lucky egg on. Just imagine... like 300×200.000= 60.000.000xp. 3 times is lvl 50😂
With the additional 1000xp you get from Excellent Throws now, fast-catching with excellent throwd having a lucky egg popped can net you some sweet cheba too, but you have to be damn accurate with the throws.
@@thegreatgambeeno yeah, I'm quite consistent with excellent throws so that's how i get the most xp atm.
That first December after they announced lvl50, they had triple xp for the full month. I gained 2-3mil xp almost daily by doing excellent throws for a couple hours, then I went home and did mass evolves on 2 devices while watching tv. I had originally planned to get around 20mil for the month but gained a lot more than that once I realized how much each excellent was
