    There's lot of value in resale flats e.g. confident atik on sarjapur road.... Price is still around 6k psft

    Hi. I found your video quite useful. What is your view on north bangalore esp bhartiya city? Is it a good location for investment to generate a good rental yield and long term capital appreciation (10 yrs)

    How is soukya road ? If you can shed some details of provident east lalbagh project.
    Is it worth to invest ? Nearest metro is hopefarm which is 6 KM from project and ITPL is 9 KM.
    They are asking 8.4K per sqfeet
