We shouldn't look at these people as poor. They're preserving their culture in an ever-changing world. The way they live and appecriate there customs should teach us to live life to our fullest.
These people aren't poor, they have a great community where everyone helps each other. Money is not the only thing that makes you rich. It's just because some western people measure self worth by what they have, job status, money made that they are unable to see how rich the people are. I watch these videos so that I can learn about different culture traditions and food. If you think of it as a learning experience instead of judging all people / countries by how you live and what you seem matters. More often than not my experiences the more money you have the less happier you become. Please think about what you write so that you don't hurt someone.

@extremedude1234 That is with North Africa added in... which is mostly arab countries. The majority of Africa is luck to break 60 years avg life span. Alot is like 55 years. If that is good to you more power to you. It is low though not "long lived". America's avg life span is brought down by the poor and ghetto parts of the country. The majority live to the 80's.
It’s so lovely seeing this family invite you and the family to eat with them even though they didn’t have much. It makes all the petty things we worry about seem so meaningless. I am so grateful that you make these videos Mark. Loved seeing Micah so happy
Another video of Ethiopian culture. Thank you for showing us that part of Ethiopia. Very green and beautiful. Micah looks adorable enjoying the local kids. God bless you!!!!
I love the kiddos so much. Micah is so cute. Mark, you are doing a great job. I am very proud of you. One of the best moments of my life was having dinner with you, Ying, and Micah when you visited my hometown, Lombok Island, Indonesia.
There is your wife in the background. She appears to be such an incredible mother. I see her riding in the back seat with Micah in so many videos, and spending time with him with so much love. She sets a great example for women and mothers showing how much she loves and cares for her son. The people you meet are also so amazing, and have so much love. I do love also seeing all of the chilren together. It is all so different from the way our country. The love, kindness, and how they all get along just puts me in awe.
I'm Ethiopian and I enjoy watching white and Asian people reactions when they try our food. I've seen some white people in particular fall crazy in love with the food, especially the Vegans. Some of em end up eating more Ethiopian food than we do living in the diaspora
As a kid Our family would visit my grandma in a tiny village in the mountains of Guerrero Mexico. They had no electricity or running water. Our bathroom was an out house & you showered outside with water you drew from the well. We washed our clothes in a stream that we walked to. They harvested their food & each person in the village contributed in some way. They had no debt. They had everything they needed. I’m so glad I got experience this way of life

Your recent videos have been AMAZING. I love it when you go to rural places and show us people and food and places that are ignored by much of the world, there is so much beautiful and joy to share.
Can I live there, looks so peaceful and beautiful village.
Same feeling r mine
please dont....you (who cant live without your internet) will ruin this peaceful and beautiful village......
There are Ethiopian communities that will leave u amazed. Like one with multiple religion n culture.... U can take a pilgram to holy city and stay at strangers houses...

Is that his wife and baby?
He is a good husband, he always bring his wife and son.
But you know what I'm a bit worried about that. I think its best if he travel alone for safety of his family. I'm not comfortable seeing them with him in a far places like this .

It’s so good that you eat everything they give no matter what. Ultimate sign of respect. Ima germaphope so I cant tell whether I could do what you do but love the show.

What a wonderful experience to be apart of a 500 year old village and share their lifestyle and food, which is completely grow there naturally for all. How exciting he brought us to a destination of great history and the great people of Ethiopia. This video brings us right there along the roadside and sights of Ethiopia life and people. To watch little Micah enjoy the children and taste the food, how grand for him to be apart of this journey with his father and mother. What a rich life he will have. God Bless you and your family and God Bless your travels. 🥀
Developed countries are responsible for harming the nature and are in filthy grip of consumerism. Really felt humbled to see these intelligent people 😊 My only wish for you all is that you never Go Hungry or thirsty 🙏
Gotta love Mark he's probably the only guy who doesn't judge or criticise anyone he's a true and real human being. Beautiful person. Ying is very blessed.
Than you Mark for the Amazing and educational videos from Ethiopia, my dughter is dating a gentleman from there, I've learned so much through you and I enjoy your videos and appreciate and cannot wait for the next videos!!! Thank you for showing us such amazing people and the food is incredibly awesome to see!! Also for us here in the United States take food for granted. You have a biuutiful Family and thank you again for your videos, you show us another part of the world that there are people who love, and are very humble, especially in these times where hatred is so abound. God bless you and your family and people who help you make this possible! Salutations from Dumas, Texas😄

Such a beautiful place with beautiful people ☺️. They are so content with their lives. so much to learn from this village.
They probably live a prolonged life as well
@@labellefemme886 Africa has a low average life span...
Brad Ley because of high rates of child mortality, but Ethiopians life expectancy has increased 3 fold these last 20 years
@extremedude1234 I am talking about an average.... it is like 60 something years the avg.
Yea makes you wonder if we'd be happier without most of the material things were cling on to 🤔
Beautiful African people, big love Ethiopia, thank you mark for taking us to that village

Looks like ppl are humble ....and love you Mark ..you made me realise what i need in life ....
Myca has been everywhere at such a young age. A beyond measuring gift his Mark could ever give, showing him the world. 💗
His personality is number one ☝️ and his respect ✊ as well
I love the kiddos so much.
I live in Columbus and I absolutely love our Ethiopian restaurants
I'm Ethiopian and I enjoy watching white and Asian people reactions when they try our food. I've seen some white people in particular fall crazy in love with the food, especially the Vegans. Some of em end up eating more Ethiopian food than we do living in the diaspora
You really inspire people to try new food!
I’m so glad I got experience this way of life
his son will have seen more countries at one year Old than me at 30 Years Old 😢
ikr
The good news, you still have time Never too late!

These videos bring so much memories from my homeland. Thank you for sharing your experiences! They're educational and very informative even for me a native of Ethiopia.
