      Hi Trish, Happy Monday! Thank you for this great strength workout! You and a fellow Lively Lady, Elaine, are amazing to have used your 3k throughout this workout! I'm feeling just a bit under the weather and could only use my 3 lbs. for the back flys and overhead circle moves, but I did use my 7 lbs. for the bicep curls, rows, and tricep kickbacks. I figured I shouldn't push it today. My husband told me to just stay in bed, but I said, no, I need to get up and exercise!! 💪💪 I hope you and your family had a wonderful weekend! My daughter successfully completed her 32 mile run in a little less than 8 hours! We're very proud of her. She said she was pretty sore yesterday as I can imagine. Off to watch the kiddos today. Hopefully they won't wear me out too much as it will be a busy week. All my best! 🙋‍♀️💐🍁🌻💪🍂🦃💕🥰

      @lorifl9 Hello Lori. I'm sorry to hear that you are not feeling so well. I find this time of the year a challenge dealing with colds and flu symptoms. You did so well exercising today eventhough you didn't feel so good. It was a good idea to lift a little lighter when you had to. Some of those exercises were very hard to do one after the other using 3kg. Your daughter did so well with her 32 mile run! I can't believe that she ran that distance and for nearly 8 hours!!! 😲 She is a very fit lady indeed!! 👍👍I wish her all the best and huge congratulations 🎉🎉 She must be so pleased to have completed it. I can't imagine running for that amount of time! I can only imagine how sore she must be. She will need a few days of recovery. It will be difficult when looking after young children. Hopefully you will have a 'peaceful' day today with the grandkids. Have a lovely Monday. Best wishes always 🙋‍♀️💕🌸🥰💪❤️

      @@LivelyLadiesFitness Hello Trish, thank you, yes, this time of year it seems like everyone is getting colds. It started with the grandkids and now I have a slight cold. Mostly head congestion, but not too bad. However, I decided to get some extra rest this morning and not exercise which I don't like to do, but I really want to be feeling good for Thanksgiving on Thursday if possible. I'll be on my feet enough today watching the kids, lol. Thank you for the compliments about my daughter and her race. Yes, I could never imagine myself running or even walking that far all at once!! She is happy with her accomplishment but also happy it is over! Yesterday after work, she just rested on the couch with her youngest who wasn't feeling too well, so I came home early which was nice. Hopefully the kids are calm today! As always, I enjoy chatting! Have a lovely day! All my best! 🙋‍♀️🌻🍂🍁🥰💕

      @lorifl9 Hello Lori. I hope that you are feeling better as each day passes by. It is a difficult time of the year especially if you are in close contact with children. They seem to bring home all of the unwelcome bugs and germs! It is a good idea to rest your body if you are feeling unwell. You have a big day tomorrow so i think you should save all of your energy for the busy day ahead. I hope that your daughter is recovering well from her run. Have a wonderful time with your Thanksgiving celebrations tomorrow. Best wishes always 🥰🍁🌸💕🙋‍♀️

    Hi Trish!! I finished my Physical therapy today, and came right home to find this awesome workout! I really enjoyed it and the combinations!! It turns out I will be watching my grandson these next two days, because his mamma sprained her wrist! Doctor doesn’t want her carrying him…he’s 23lbs! Ouch! Well, thank goodness I have these workouts to keep me strong mentally and physically! Yes, physical/mental health go together! Thanks again Trish! See you next time! ❤🙌🏻💪🏻🌺❄️❤️

      @suzanneavina4744 Hello Suzanne. I hope that your physical therapy session went well and it gave you some relief. Great job with today's strict strength workout! 💪💪 I am glad that you liked this one. I am sorry to hear about Noah's mommy spraining her wrist. I do hope that she recovers very soon. It's so difficult looking after little ones when you have an injury or an illness. He is a great weight! No wonder the doctor doesn't want mom lifting him!! You are very kind to step in and help out. Hooray for grandmother's!! 👏👏 Well done staying consistent with each of the workouts. You are doing so well. Have a lovely day. I will chat with you very soon 🙋‍♀️💕🌸🥰🩷

    WOW… this was another sizzler, Trish! 🔥😅 The isolated triceps move was surprisingly tough. The arm circles was eas challenging too, I had to drop weight on those the second round. But this was so great! You know when you’re finished to noodle-done, that it was good! I might need a nap now… 😂 Happy Day! 🧡🍁🍂🧡🍁🍂🧡

      @tracysnordiclight Great job Tracy!! 👍👍I always struggle with tricep exercises myself. I think I need to spend more time on the back of my arms!! I was definitely feeling the 'noodle' sensation with this one! 😅 Have a wonderful Wednesday. Happy Thanksgiving for tomorrow. I will be posting a picture and text to say thank you to the Lively Ladies crew on my community page tomorrow. Have a good one! 🙋‍♀️💕🌸🍁🥰

      @ Glad I’m not alone with the triceps! 🤣 I was thinking the same thing, too-that I probably need to work the backs of the arms more! Oh, and thanks for the Thanksgiving wishes! 🤗 I’ll stop by tomorrow! 🧡🍁🧡

    I only subscribed last week but am enjoying the variety of different moves. Many are new to me. I do have a problem with rotator cuffs. They are improving but I can’t use much weight for overhead lifting. Could I adapt by raising in front or to sides? I could then probably use a slightly higher weight. I’m up to 3kg for some lower body but can only manage 1kg for upper if it’s higher than shoulders.
    I have early osteoporosis so do want to challenge my bones with heavier weights but without risking injury. Thank you, I’m enjoying the variety!

      @LivelyLadiesFitness  Місяць тому +1

      @trishhickson1550 Hello Trish. Thank you for your message and also your subscription. I really appreciate your kindness and support. A lot of people have issues with their rotator cuff muscles as they do tend to get overlooked when we are training. You could most definitely try the moves out front or to the sides and see if it helps you. I usually cue viewers to do the overhead moves down lower or out to the front if they have difficulty going overhead. If you can lift a little heavier for the lower body you will definitely build up a good deal of strength in your legs, glutes and hips. It is important to move our joints through their full range of motion to keep them healthy but it is equally important to use weights that will challenge your muscles but not overwhelm your body especially when you have osteoporosis. I hope that this was helpful for you. Have a good evening. Best wishes 🥰🌸💕🙋‍♀️
