I have the same bulbs my first set worked great and still does but one of the leds from my second set started to whine from the cooling fan wich made me think it was my fuel pump since it was echoing thru the trunk into the interior evently i realized it only was happening when my turn signal was on but none the less keep it in mind if anyone gets these that it can happen and start to heat up pretty hot in the wrx housing

Lastfit also has something as bright as this, at this point you ain’t telling people you’re turning, you’re announcing it. I got the last it on my truck and I think the signal blinds the other drivers since they flash their high beams at night
Haha! That’s the perfect way to describe it. The brighter the better when it comes to signal lights IMO. Half the people don’t pay attention so you have to get it somehow 🤷♂️
I got the ones with the built in resistor and they are great 👍🏽

Like the sharpness of the on/off of it, have you looked into the diode dynamics trail to turn kit for the rear? It cleans up the rear lights greatly
Yes, definitely have considered this kit for the car but never got around to doing it. I agree that it cleans up the rear!
@@ronfromportland I put it in my’18 and change the rear turns to the back up lights and it lights up behind the car almost 10-15’

@@ronfromportland I got a 17 base and looking to clean up the front end. The aftermarket options are a little much. But those are the perfect. They are OE right?
@@SuperSaru yup, the headlights are stock. I went with the limited trim because of the headlights. I know it’s not important to some but for me it was one of the selling points.

Yup, it should be the same. I didn’t need any taps, just direct plug and play and they were good to go 👍

Ron, I saw your indicated lane change here in Ohio. And no, I have not been near any trains/train tracks lately. Wow, that led turn signal bulb throws light everywhere...the light was hitting the of your garage door from where the car was at. The OE bulb did not do that and kept the light focused at hood/bumper height. PLZ DO NOT get them for the rear. You will literally blind anyone behind you at night and potentially cause major distractions and temporary night blindness for those behind you. This is one mod I disagree with.

Anything to increase visibility at night is a plus. Too many boneheads on the streets.
at the expense of other drivers being able to see as they are hit w/an orange strobe. it is bad enough ppl drive w/their high beams on when coming at you, or use LED bulbs in the headlights...now, w/this LED turn, you will blind ppl behind you that are much closer than approaching traffic w/high beams. These are literally rear facing, strobing high beams. I don't care if their only blink 3x. Ohio drivers suck in this regard; no high beam discipline/courtesy
