MailChimp is great till it stops working and you discover there is no technical support of any kind. If you call they say upgrade and you can have support. I sent out a newsletter for the last two years with very little issues. Today, it is impossible for me to upload an image. It won't even let me access images from the past, and no one can help. Thanks for your video, but I wish it had offered some insight for this issue, though I did not really expect it to.
I am watching your Beginners Video and had to stop it to make a comment. It is so refreshing to hear someone speak cleary and consicely in an instructional video. It sure makes a great experience for the viewer to be able to not have to swim through a lot of verbal riff raff and to truly be able to hear the message. You have an organized mind and it shows! I've had a Mailchimp account for awhile, managed by a marketing person. But this video is really going to help me understand and utilize Mailchimp more fully myself. I want to automate emails for people who purchase my future courses and webinars, so more about automations, please, specifically, email sequences that include a receipt of payment, link to a course, link to course materials (handouts), etc. I'm also interested in using automated emails to market the courses to potential customers.

Tutorial means you tell what needs to be done, but he talks too much off topic. Can yo imagine you go to a lesson and your subject is Toronto city, but the tutor talks about all Canada and occasionally mentioned Toronto. This is not tutorial for beginners. I am one of them and find it too complicated as he does not showing us in simple way what to do!!!
You can. If on mobile, just pull up a little from the bottom of the video screen and you'll see you can scroll left or right to the topics. Not sure how to do it on laptop.

I found a neat way to add a timer to emails and was glad to see the New Builder allows html code, which is required for the timer. The instructions(obviously outdated) said one had to use the Classic Builder since the New Builder didn't allow code. I was not seeing a choice between the Classic Builder and the Beta New Builder in my account. The only choice was the Classic Builder. I had to do a Search and go through multiple steps to be able to switch builders. Profile icon(lower left)>Account and Billing>Settings>Details>in the Default Email Builder, choose either Classic Builder or Beta New Builder.

Indeed, they make it more user-friendly and easy to navigate, unlike before, and the way you explain all the updates is both beneficial to beginners and to those who happen to use it before. :)
