    Mami i made the flour as per ur recipie and grinded in mill.made the dosas for dinnet and it was awesome👌also madr groundnut peanut chutney as sidedish..your measurement ,recipie always perfect☺️💐

    Madam I tried this powder came out well ,thank you . I am in USA I won’t get raw ragi instead of that I added ragi powder &whole urad dhal also nice powder .i prepared instant dosa taste is good 😊

    What if we live in cold country like Canada? We don’t have grinding mill here. Instead of brown rice can we sue idly rice or raw pacharisi. Please explain.

    Hi mami, put a video on how ro prepare millet idly dosa batter as, outisde india we dnt hv mill facilities. So when we wanted to grind the batter using millets, atleast once or twice in a month, pls put a video on that

      For 2 glasses of powder take 1/2 glass urad dal, grind in mixer and use.

      @@AyyangarKitchen should I told and grind urud dal? Also should I roast the multi millet. Mix with water it curd. How much water or curd to use

      No need to fry the millets. Add water or curd and mix till you get the batter consistency. Curd means immediate eating, water means you can keep the batter for 3 hours before making dosa.
