Beautiful tiny home with surprises... love the spacious feeling living room, the back door conveniently located next to the kitchen for dining al fresco, the small pantry closet next to the back door, the hidden laundry, and unexpected main floor bedroom, the massive amount of natural light in the stairwell, and the master suite upstairs that is a get-away destination spot. 👏 👏 👏

For a tiny house the layout and flow is amazing, love the upstairs bedroom with the deck and cut out for a desk. Sometimes, it's good to have less so you can live more.

How is the water supposed to drain in the downstairs bathroom? No shower, no tub, no drain on the ground
I think house layout is good. But the flow line in the kitchen is very bad. The fridge door is facing the wrong way and I don't understand why it's away from the tap and sink. And the shower on the first floor is superfluous, it's better to have only a toilet in that space.
The house is really nice but the decoration is awful. If you use blue colour don't mix it with neither dark sand colour nor red because the result is an uncomfortable house.
With blue color, use only one other colour, as withe or blue, more clair or dark, but never mix more than one color and red changes the relaxing feelings that we want when we decide have our home for enjoying and relax.

The first floor bathroom is not right. No dtain in floor and shower would get everything wet.
Fix that and this is a winner!
I love this house but the window next to the stove should be eliminated to make room for more cupboards! Love the color palette through out……..great job!

A very cozy design reminiscent of a fairytale cottage. Great upstairs retreat! I would enlarge the living area window. Also, I would make the two kitchen peninsula stools a bit more luxurious (e.g., fabric covered) so that they could double as seating in the living area on either side of the hearth. And you wouldn’t be banging into them with the front door. The laundry cupboard is just perfect for this size of home. A great little cabin in the woods!

This is a cute little house. I love the cut of the roof and the lovely gray bricks. The fireplace is gorgeous and its a very clever design to have the wall be a divider forthe living room and downstairs bedroom. Then upstairs is that huge space plus that great upstairs balcony. Very cute!

The top floor is fantastic! The balcony works well too. Even the en suite is nice. The main floor looks like a mess. The living room and kitchen are not well thought out. The sink in the corner doesn’t flow right for me - could be that I’m left handed, but I don’t see room.
Jasper, the washing machine and dryer do not belong in the living room right by the front door. The dishwasher should be closer to the sink. Who wants to rinse the dishes then drip water a cross the floor carrying wet dishes to the dishwasher. Then you have to mop the floor. The refrigerator to is far away from the prep area and the stove. Nice house but you made some design mistakes that needs to be corrected.
The wetroom/bathroom just looks like wet socks every morning till i get used to it.

Love the house design, but not enough cabinets in the kitchen and no lg pantry. No place for food storage especially if you garden and even if you don't. Love the laundry area next to the door.
I agree, actually it’s a horrible kitchen with no need for an extra window beside the oven, only one above the sink is needed which the ledge should be lower.
What a cute little place. Yes, it's a little tight, but there is some good flow to the design. However I don't understand the two doors in the living room? I do think the living room is a cozy little place, but jammed up to the kitchen zone, well it's a little too close for me. And then, surprise! a downstairs bedroom! I wasn't expecting that! Upstairs, well what a treat! room to spread out a bit and a bathtub! I would convert the upstairs outdoor space to a walk in closet or some other functional space. l was totally blown away by that wonderful, warm wood flooring! and same goes for the warmth of the kitchen counters. Really a nice way to warm up the blues and grays on the wall. And the kitchen could use more storage space. But a really cute design and I really love how the hallway makes it feel like a real home, not just a big box. Nice job!
Yet, the floor layout shows that the door is not within the living room layout. I find that having a door leading outside next to the laundry is very handy. Plus, an emergency exit for the second floor.

Have you noticed how really humble and small the space for sittig/living is, related to the rest . . . ?
It's delightful!
It's a cozy little place! The windows prevent upper cabinets in the kitchen, and to compensate you need a substantial, full-height cabinet somewhere, perhaps sacrificing part of the breakfast bar to place it. The upstairs suite is delightful, and that's where I would have my work station, right in front of that big window. The pocket door makes sense here, since it would be left open most of the time.
Deeper porch... bring it around to the kitchen with little table 😊. Need outside space for fresh air sometimes! Upstairs BR... would be nice to have a bay window to sit and read or watch the sea. Move the table where the bookshelves stand... need only one of them 😊. Bottom bathroom very tight. Everything will be wet... even the toilet 😱!
Two things I noticed and a couple of requests, no drains on the shower floor, the first floor bedroom has no privacy like a door. Other than that it’s my ideal spot
Beautiful, but I would try to find a better place for the TV. It is not ergonomically correct.
