"Texted" (2013) Update

As a kind of "proof of concept" idea, I've merged my SG6Txt program with Texted (2013) to create a new text editor in Micro Color BASIC for the TRS-80 MC-10. This version has "real" lowercase characters, rather than using the standard reverse character set of the MC6847.
