Hello Vanessa! Good to see you! Thanks a lot for that advanced lesson! I have found some analogies between using those verbs in English and my first language. It helps me to realize this theme. Anyway, I really do want to exercise every other day, but I don't do this coz I am usually busy at day's routine.

I was indeed in over my head about English language. But your videos really ameliorated my spoken and written English skills. A year ago, I couldn't really tell if the person speaking was using american or british english, but now I do notice the differences. I bet someday I'll be that speaker, and other person will be the one trying to figure out if I'm using american or british accent 😁

Thank you for this advanced usage of these 3 verbs. I'm Polish and fortunatelly in Polish language we have the same advanced use of "bet" and "tell" as in English so it's much easier for me. Only "do" is a little unusual for me in this advanced way.

In Brazil We use also the word apostar (Bet) to say that You are sure about something.
Hey there! Something I've been noticing in American English is the use of the verb "do" to mean "like", for example: "I don't do ketchup" = "I don't like ketchup", and "You bet" to express certainty, such as "You may be sure".
