Good 45-50 km milage
No vibration even at 70+ kmph
Great servicing

I really loved FZ 3.0
If I were to choose one, I would definitely go with FZ. It's design is just awesome 👌
Go for FZ if ur not a speed rider, Yamaha fz build quality is superb, u can cruise around speed of 80- 90 without any vibration, even u can go for long ride too.
Hornet is also good , both the bike speed 0 - 60 is same only, 4.5 seconds, so better go for FZ if you like to have a great control and comfort,
Comfort? Fz seats aren't as comfortable as Hornets.

Hornet simply gives that big bike feel than fz which looks small when looking side by side. Hornet definitely has more road presence. And it even perform better too. Better mileage and super refined. And if ever you have to look at another bike than hornet, it should be gixxer and not fz. Hornet and gixxer is anyday better than fz. Fz is so underpowered now! Comparing the performance fz can't be considered in the same segment of hornet and gixxer anymore.

Both the machines are very good. I bought Hornet SPL Deluxe Edtn recently and also tried my uncle's FZS V3. I felt the punch in the engine is a bit better in my Hornet. It accelerates as fast as a jet engine. But FZS has better handling capability. They are like 19-20...no significant differences.

Hornet 160 545km travel for one day no back pain and..Than two years 5 month overall km 51163 am travel good suspension.. Good km 53 milega ..No back pain is awesome smothly bike... Comfortable bike with compare Yamaha fzs3.0 not good... hornet best top most 115km am travel no viberate... hornet is awesome

But Hornet gives the same..or more mileage and comfort with greater power and torque .....But the gear box in FZ v3 is best...Both Yamaha and Honda...engine quality...🔥🔥🔥no compromise...

Now the main comparison should be Carburetor Vs FI. From my experience FI engines are great for long rides in himalayas as well as high altitude, where carburetor engine suffers due to lack of Oxygen. And FI wins the race.

That's not a major point.... Honda is slightly more refined, has more power...
Fz v3 stopping is the perfect and iam surprised in my first ride.
I'm using hornet from 2 years. I went many long rides nothing problem. It is more powerful and looks like chunky and muscular. Breaks are really good.

I rode it 245 KMS on my FZ V3 with mix of highway, offroad, ghats and village in Netravali wildlife sanctuary in Goa. . It was an amazing ride...🙂
Hornet is good for short distance and pickup but fz will please you in long rides..My brother has hornet n we both have experienced the same

Is it possible to reduce the saddle height of FZ s v3 using rear suspension.?
Hornet hits 100kmph in 3rd gear itself I don't think any bike in the segment can do that and it's comfortable as well using since 2 and half years and 26k kms
Boss cbz did that ... performance wise comfort a.d all area CBZ is king in segment... horntet is also gud bike.. but it needs stylish design like gixxer. Apache.. nd compare to horney Unicorn has smmoth engine nd best mono shock in unicorn.... hornet mono shock is not smmoth like unicorn... i love unicorn

Honda is little stringy when it comes to introducing some features like engine kill switch. Other manufactures have made it standard - I live in Bangalore and here Honda services are the worst, while Yamaha is really good...

I will go with Hornet, as Honda engine values more and gets More resale value when upgrading and trust me Yamaha give you very disappointed in resale value....

I think , on the comfort side Fz is slightly better bcz of the seats , suspension , and better refined engine even on higher speeds, clutch and gearbox feedback. But it sucks in lower rpm and for sudden overtakes 😣
*Hornet* is better in terms of initial and midrange engine punch, millege , lights and excellent breaks. But the Suspension and the gearbox are on the stiffer side , and at the top end there is some kind of vibrations.
Style is a matter of subject and I like both the bikes. ❤️
I am using the hornet from 2 years and believe me hornet gets out of refinement after 8000 kms and there is no fun left in riding the hornet.
But fz's engine is real charm here it still remains same after driven more than 15 to 20 thousand kms.
My choice to go for fz if mileage is not the issue.

I already have a Honda CB Hornet 160R 2017 model now i bought FZ S V3 both are good but hornet have a chain spraket noise compare FZ s V3 here no chain noise and also one improvent is fuel injuction in fz both the bikes are good and worth for money... ☺
I bought the newer version. They have changed the chains and now have o rings and also LED headlamp. No chain problems yet since I bought it almost a year ago.

@@vikrantsingh47 Haven't experienced any back pains on the Hornet but you will feel some pressure on your palms on longer rides, so there will be some discomfort there. Other than that its all good.
