If everyone went wild camping for 14 days, the Covid-19 pandemic would be over. 😎
No hosts for the virus! Thanks for sharing!
    Welcome back to Norway!

This month I joined the Northern Rocky Mountain Grotto.
Based in Montana but with a wide membership base. I
and another two reside by the Salish Sea. What we have
in common with the NRMG is alpine treks to karst in-view
on our eastern horizon. Also a member of the Southern
California Grotto, which like me ignore the Yosemite, to
do less explored locations. Like Kings Canyon or climb
Pico Blanco found hiking up the Little Sur River off
Coast Highway One. Or find that lava cave entry
which you can camp in and admire city grid lights of
      Phoenix, Arizona.

Mjåvasshytta... hmm-not too far north of where I grew up (15kms from Arendal, a bit inland). I am planning a hiking trip with a friend to one of the more southerly cabins this summer). The South Coast is underestimated by a lot of foreign tourists, who rush to the West Coast and the fiords-however, there are a few hidden gems down there, if you know where to look.

Hi :)I have missed your travel vlogs. Your vlogs are quite rare where we got to see not only the nature but family interaction in the nature. Hope Oscar got safe home from the Rockies :)

Agree. Unless you're like Mrs. Sarah Palin
and enjoy beating Alaska seals to death.
      I'm not convinced that's a quality a national
electorate wanted then or what's worse
      today.

Wild camping, hmmm. Was it wild camping for
me to do it in a long abandoned Packard Motors
Plant in Detroit, Michigan? Walking up dark stair
wells filled with substance abuse litter and feces.
To tent atop a concrete structure. Put out snares
hoping to collect a feral dog for a free breakfast.
The site is also good for recreational Buildering.
That is the climb of any man-made structure. If
occupied or not. I prefer night climbing and have
done so in cave exploration since 1964. Also
camp wild in any US National Forest. All such
allow up to 14 days in any one forest where you
choose to stop. Then reader must move on to
another National Forest. There are enough in
the USA for wild camping to occur in 14 day
visits all year long. It will require road travel
of great length and often over rough forest
byways to find your particular pleasures.
Do call the District Office of each found using
Google Earth. To learn of season hazards.
Like, a forest fire is present, tornado weather
is expected, floods have taken away bridges,
etc.-etc. You're not allowed to kill organics
and wildlife without a registered permit.
Organics and wildlife have killed visitors.
