Here in Germany most people do not know what investing is, because we have systems that work from health insurances, pensions , loss of work insurances, free education etc. So one wont have a situation where they have to raise large amounts of money for emergencies. So its really normal for people to live paycheck to paycheck.
Such balances are great to have; they take years to achieve but deliver a significant quality of life for people. If a monetary system is people centered, some stresses don't spell financial doom for people.

Thank you! The USA cutting interest rates could make access to the currency easier after the fastest rake hikes in history. That could spell a potential boom for investing in equities and stocks. As for BRICS, it's at least a decade in the making. Dollar reliance is still heavy in most markets & in the event of a recession, transition to using the Euro, Yen or other currency won't be immediate. The effect is that we need to have investments in assets that are likely to weather geopolitical uncertainty or absorb some level of economic shock in the coming decades.

The reality is retiring to enjoy a pension is a fallacy, without taking to account the realities and dynamics of future (after retirement)
Get skills, Get out of your comfort zone Change industries/ vocation if you can maybe from service to agribusiness. Find something that can multiply value for your time so you can make money decently then invest more. Saving is simply not enough because what we save is losing value as long as it's not generating value elsewhere.
