Let me make sure I have this right. With a monochromatic color scheme, the only thing that changes is the value. The hue stays the same; it's just tinted or shaded. Correct?

Tiny amount with black and in other instances is very true. I have a color mixing book that uses measurements and for the littlest additions it uses “a speck” of….
