Effektiv och smidigt ekipage som ger dig möjlighet att effektivisera kedjan både i antal maskiner och förare. Kombinationen har en hög kapacitet med jämn fördelning av materialet, fjädrad boggie med hydrauliskt fjädrad arm och låg energiförbrukning och belastning på traktorn. Hack med metall-detektor.
Kan också kombineras med Metaflex flakväxlare och Metsjö bottenmatta.
Stor MetaQ75 med 62 KBM kapacitet. Hydrauliskt fjädrad och medspårande styrning bak (låses vid backning). Flak kan bytas enkelt med hjälp av det hydrauliska chassit och exempelvis schaktflak monteras. Vanligt drag kan monteras istället för hackenheten.

Large MetaQ75 with 62 KBM capacity. Hydraulically sprung and rear-track steering (locked when reversing). Container can be changed easily with the help of the hydraulic chassis and, for example, gravel body can be mounted. Ordinary drawbar can be mounted instead of the chopper unit.

This looks like an awesome way to mechanize your forage harvest on a tight budget.
Looks to me like the axial mounting of the chopper removes the need for gearbox to transfer the power across a right angle, will surely more efficient this way. Also the belt feed looks to smooth and even out the crop flow more than a conventional pickup header with auger does. Nice design.
I totally agree this design is genius in my opinion, we all know that every time you go through a gearbox or add a shaft you’re going to lose power/efficiency. I’ve said it before this needs to be made into a trailed version as well

Yes ofcourse this wagon chops / Shredds the forage. Chopping length 6mm

Interesting machine but think a forage wagon will still be quicker and more efficient, from the time it's leaves the field to getting back will be where the forgave wagon has the edge as this machine seems to take a long time to fold up once it's loaded so add getting back in to work is to long for me. With a wagon it's lift the reel and go and again when back on the field drop the reel and go. Over the course of a day the time this matching takes to fold up and down might add up to a couple of loads lost to a conventional wagon.
Hi Will, the folding is done in 17 seconds so that is not really the case. When this video was filmed the camera drones battery died when the trailer was full and folding started, giving limited exposure - you can see the folding process better in this video: ua-cam.com/video/FMhHTz1wiqA/v-deo.html . The forage harvester 1460R can be mounted on either a conventional Metsjö tipp wagon or hook lifter - hence various logistics chains are available to optimize according to situation
