I'd say you can eat steak every 2 or 3 days it's the carbs that make everyone fat and unhealthy
It's a good price and don't be afraid to freeze steaks no one can tell the difference

Never buy meat at Walmart. Their meat is low quality. And its handled poorly. Costco is good though.

Excellent buy. I always shop for the Walmart reduced meat. Have always had good luck with it. Can’t go wrong with a black angus choice ribeye.

Great deal, but we really aren't sure where this beef is coming from, what it was fed and the added hormone content. I prefer a local cattle farmer with grass fed cattle that are grain finished before Butchering. The flavor of these steaks with the bone In is outstanding. 🙂👍
