This song touches me so deeply for anyone who suffers from violence, depression, oppression.....y'all get it. Thank you for this beautiful song. It speaks to me and so many. I was always fascinated by Lady Gaga's confusing, sometimes disturbing looks, wondering what it was about her, but I never found out. Her music is for sure something unique, yet it didn't have my focus. This song though, really grabbed me by the troat. I realized for the first time how much I actually love the sound of her voice. She had a very unique, New York style even before her first album. And also: people change, grow (up) and with that so does their taste/style. I personally love her style during the fame era (espescially just dance, poker-face, love game) the most. Have you seen her ‘the fame movie part 1’ ?? It’s on UA-cam. She produced this all herself (also before her record deal and big succes). And directed and styled everything in that short movie herself too (with her friends Haus of GaGa). Look it up if you like. It gives you a very good idea of her style and vision in that time :)
