Dear, I have the same issue, but there is no paper jammed or scraps also I remove the tray, but the issue still continue with the same error code and showing there is jammed paper, I try to disconnect the power nothing has been changed.

0x6100004a Code cannot be canceled and cannot be repaired by an authorized service center. Only replacing the main panel will help !!!
