Egg freezing is not a silver bullet to menopause as these programs advertise. In many instances the best chances of success are less than 30%, especially if the eggs are frozen in a woman's mid - late 30s.

"Egg freezing began as a way for women to save their eggs before undergoing chemotherapy. But today, it's grown into vanity industry that preys on fertility fear.
"Your eggs are rotting, fast. So we're gonna freeze some now and thaw them out later when you're ready to have a baby."
What she failed to mention is that each of those eggs only has a 2% to 12% chance of resulting in a baby, and the whole shebang is gonna cost you upwards of $20,000.
      20 grand? Yeah.
And all that money is usually wasted. The vast majority of women who freeze their eggs

Women don't seem to realise that egg freezing is nowhere near perfect. Just search the internet and social media for the countless women who are left heartbroken after spending tens and thousands only to realise that, at 35, 40, even 50 year olds, they simply have left it too late for even the egg freezing doctors to extract any healthy eggs from.
If you're going to do it, do it in your early 20s.

    • @gailainsley6939
      @gailainsley6939 11 місяців тому

You do realise you pay every year to keep it in the storage too right? That’s why doctors advise women to do it from LATE 20’s onwards (mostly early 30’s) because they might just find a partner and do it the natural way. Keeping the cost less.

It is strong when they are young, but as they age it tapers off rather quickly. Estrogen is the chemical that makes them appear attractive. When they enter middle age , they get baby rabies. They may appear eager for sex, but it is not the same as the male desire. Be informed. Males are much more needy than females and easy to manipulate. My 2 cents.

If one wants to be a parent badly enough, she/he will make it work regardless of financial or career status. There's no 'right' or 'wrong' time. It's about making choices what one wants to prioritise. To me personally, if someone gets to 35 and still can't figure out whether she wants a child, it's likely she doesn't really want one. "The idea sounds nice and beautiful, but I'm not ready to give up my career/lifestyle for it." If that's the case, it's best not to have a child. With medical technologies these days, yes, women can freeze eggs and have a child at much later age, but it isn't just about being pregnant and giving birth. As a parent, you need the energy, health, mental space, time, attention, etc. to raise a child, and realistically, 40s probably isn't optimal. For example, by the time the child reaches puberty, the mother is going through menopause. Doable, but probably not ideal, both for the child and the mother.

The truth is that single women are healthier and happier because nowadays women have to be the adineres, work and still do house-chores. The latter has not changed and on top rising children. Or they put their children on childcare from 8 am - 6 pm and the child is raised by whom and what values. Women who depend on a husband to support them financially are mostly miserable too--they have been for centuries. Not having any financial agency means that your happiness and well-being is completely dependent on someone else. Deep down, knowing you have no autonomy makes someone depressed. And then, if the person you financially depend on becomes miserable to be around, abusive, or leaves you, then you are in a desperate position w/no ability to support yourself or your kids. There is a reason why women fought to move away from this, and only idiots would think giving up agency of their own lives is the preferable choice.

@Jelena Jelka In west you do the same, difference is that you do it in your teens.
In the US, 40% of children are born out of marriage.
And if you can decide what's best for your country at the age of 18 and why can't you decide with whom to have kids at 22 or 23

Do they know one of famous Japanese games “TAMAGOTCH” by BANDAI?
I think that it is a little bit like to be such as Hikaru in ”The Tale Of GENJI“ or Professor Higgins in “My Fair Lady”.
Many people love so-called “IKUSEI-GAME”, training or caring their favorite kids, pets and game-character.
Nowadays I feel that Japanese OTAKU or FUJYOSHI like real IKUSEI-GAME through programing Apple Watch and so on.
