I understand your words completely. I have gone to the doctor since I was 8 years old I have now 58 years old I am often told to just get over it and do what I'm afraid of, it seems like people don't understand even doctors. When I was finally put on anxiety medication I started feeling a little bit more comfortable to do a simple task like take my garbage out, the doctor now wants to take me off the medication and for me to deal with it on my own. My anxiety makes me so anxious I don't leave my home and getting others to understand this is extremely difficult
Thank you for sharing. It's nice to know that there are other people out there going through the same struggle. I had the same situation where taking out the garbage for me was incredibly taxing. It sounds stupid because you know that your fear is irrational, but when you're having a panic attack or an anxiety attack it is debilitating. The shitty thing is that the cure is to just do it, the thing that makes you anxious. Because a lot of times you're making it out to be much worst than it really is, but that is incredibly difficult for someone with anxiety to do. Thank you again for sharing.
The obsession with structure and routine, the over-planning, down to the color coordination, is so familiar 😅 it’s high functioning anxiety and I bet she experiences muscle tension issues too.
For some of us with chronic anxiety disorder, medication is a life saver. I am one of those. I was abused as a child and need medication to lead a normal life. I am not an addict, I don't keep increasing the small dose I take, well, unless I am having a very bad day. I think anxiety/panic disorders are often undertreat as doctors are so reluctant to prescribe medication. You need to see a psychiatrist if you do need medication. I really don't think the majority of people need medication, but for a small percentage of us, medication is a must.

Anxiety Can Be Triggered From Bad Experience You Have Gone Through Before Or When Younger
Anxiety Is Not Genetic
I find Lorazepam is wonderful.

It's about finding healthier ways to manage the anxiety. Obsessing over routines or perfection is not a healthy way.
lol she doesn't have anxiety, just attention seeking.
Panic attacks are no joke. Have some sympathy.
@@dianacheung1058 no sympathy for fakers, if she actually had anxiety she wouldn't have done the documentary.
@@z-4926not true. There are levels of anxiety. You're not in her body, so it's not fair for you to judge her.
Just be careful , you don't know what people are going through.
