You're not in enough of the videos lately! Almost like I moved away or something!

I was an early adopter of Autocad in the early 80's. I was using it for floorplans of the office I was responsible for . I used it to do new layouts and using poliylines I could calculate space for allocation. I used it to create the bluepriints for a house I built in 88. But I haven't used cad now for35 years. I would like to use SKETCHUP but haven't taken the time to learn it.

I remember you saying! I am self taught from the 90s with autocad. It was an excellent piece of software.
It's one of my favorite tools. The amount of parts I've designed and modified or changed and realised its flawed or I go in another direction!

I mostly use Cardboard Aided Design but interesting to see CNC cut out of a wood template. You tricked me into thinking you were going to CNC plasma cut the bracket. ;) It's all good as long as you get there in the end. How do you like the gas pedal now that it's hooked up? Thank you for the video.

Yes, I do that too, with the cardboard, different methods for different things. When your only tool is s hammer, everything starts to look like a nail! That gas pedal will do to get me started but I don't like it. I I'll make it look original I think.
