you can actually get the sword and escape by going to that specific part of the tower shown at 9:14 by putting a spell in every one of those little holes and it breaks the turret
I honestly thought that the tower would be the final boss fight and we'd use the sword in some dramatic final battle... Instead I got vaporized and got to watch the planet get nuked as a ghost in space.
@@lordcaprisunthe2nd yeah the enemies storming your base earlier made me think that they'd be back in an attempt to steal the sword or that we'd have some advanced construct similar to the rock golem but nope, laser turrets and nuke instead.
so the ending text explains that you sacrifice yourself to prevent world domination. so you basicly tank a lot of energy of the blue star in the sky. so the world doesnt explode and stuff
man this ending was kinda disappointing in my opinion, i was honestly expecting something like a giant boss or something cool to fight to earn that sword
That's reasonable Both the 2 endings are ambigious "Khemenent Ending" - this one "Annihilation Ending" - secret ending The golem at stage 3 is the hardest boss in the game atm Custom bosses might be possible with mods so its possible someone could add a final boss fight
@@creepercalvin whats the lore of both...one you die and the laser shoots and the other one you put spells in and you blow it up...oh yeah umm spoilers
@@Boi_Slackso basically (spoilers) the dalgarians found out that the big star in the sky tries to blow up the planet every fifteen thousand years or so, so they made up this fake rumor of a "chosen one" called the khemenet who does something or another (i forgot cus i dont know the lore very well) and the khemenet is just someone who's really really good at sorcery who needs to be sacrificed (the dalgarians didnt tell anyone about the sacrificing) otherwise the star blows up the planet. the sword isn't really meant to be a sword, it's just the part of the tower that initiates the "murder the hell out of that guy" sequence (like a lever)

@@creepercalvin oh man. I just commented that I knew how to do that :(
I did that and it killed me
@@dollas8209 u did it wrong then
theres a specific combination that it has to be done in the first one is all lightning the second is 1 fire 2 gravity and the 3rd is all 3
Duuude, benson is gonna be pissed
The Dalgarian tower is so much more massive in game, easily the biggest map in the game, bigger than the dalgarian ruins I’d say
honestly I agree its such a cool map
it looks like the place where thanos got the soul stone ngl

@@Lord_Chibi There’s a secret ending when you imbue the pillar things
No final boss tho unfortunately

it makes me sad
so you basicly sacrifice yourself so life can live once again
it makes me so happy and sad in my heart that its insane i geniuenly started crying it was such a good ending dude
Yo, quick tip for blade and sorcery content. If you press F2 on your keyboard it ups the fov and gives the viewer more visibility!
it also removes most of the screen shake
You did soooo good I loved great job!
bro pulled out a mace against death lasers 😭
unfortunately I couldn't block them

Wheatley: oh hello mate you to, we have been up here for a while
Don’t forget the space core

and if you didnt know this, is that the sword is the only sword that is T5 and you can see that when you put is in your holster
The sword also behaves like a staff when it hits the ground
its a really powerful sword especially since they removed mana in 1.0
@@creepercalvin yeah i forgot to mention that, i found that out after i posted this comment
