Had a stroke 3 years ago. Only symptoms were vertigo and neck pain. Took about 20 hrs for accurate diagnosis.

DANISH exam - pretty much excludes "most" posterior CVAs

That was the point of my video. Look for these signs, and then do HINTS to exclude higher than "pretty much" all the strokes.
