    Hello brother
    A good stretch that helped me vertically is just throwing the leg upwards, kind of like the first half of an axe kick. You said you had trouble with vertical mobility, and this is the exercise I mainly used. Try it straight up, then you can do it up and out, and then out and in.

    yo. you should buy some wrist weights and ankle weights. they could help out on maxxing ur punch/kick speed in a more effective way

      @JackedJoeyYT when your thumbs are behind your fingers this works great for pull up strength but in this case it isn't sturdy so not even rock climbers would try that

    Dude you car way too much about your muscles and physique, especially at your age where you will look skinny no matter what but your regen like crazy and you should be training technique.
