@@nutritionmama I would suggest check Sally Norton out. She is expert of oxalate. No such thing is moderation. Oxalate dumping is terrible. Hopefully can help u understand what is consequences of oxalate

The sugar intake recommendation is based on individual calorie requirement. In general, Asians are shorter and lower in body weight, therefore energy requirement are lower, and less sugar should be consumed. These number is based on "added sugar", whole fruit not included.

True, dark chocolate has oxalates. Oxalates is present in some vegetables and whole grains too. Moderation is the key.

Thank you for sharing! I enjoy Lindt 95% Dark Chocolate in Australia. I tried 90% or lower, but they were too sweet for me. Couldn't stand it.
