Just curious but how long was the wait?
I waited for about 30 mins, because they ran out of rice. But after it is cooked and ready, line dissapeared quickly. Just like in the video, they serve you very fast.

In Taiwan we do called tapioca balls "frog eggs", sometimes "Boba", "Pearls".
Frog eggs/tapioca balls used to be smaller.
Fenyuan is the oldest name for tapioca balls in Taiwan.
Pearl is used as a better sounding name for Fenyuan.
Boba is the larger version of Fenyuan/Pearl. The term boba originally meant “big boobs” from HK movies in early 1990s.
Boba...The version of pearls are as big as... well you know
