What a massive tragedy. Thanks for highlighting the things that contributed to this fire and massive loss of life.

I watched the video shot by the newsman that you mentioned. I clocked the speed in which the fire engulfs the entire building. It took all of 62 seconds for the fire to be an inferno. One thing that stunned me was the fire's refusal to be put out. The building was roughly 4K square feet. I noticed several ladders dousing the roof and sides and the fire was basically laughing at the water.
In 1975 I lost my entire group of classmates in a bus accident that resulted in a fire. I was supposed to be on that bus trip. However, a nasty case of influenza kept me confined to my dorm room. The Station club incident kept me awake for days with terrible nightmares. It's impossible to imagine what those poor people suffered through.

I remember hearing about this horrible incident in 2003 but didn't put much mind to it, there were no smart phones, or smart tv, so it wasn't easy to follow-up with all the videos and stuff, As a matter of fact in 94, 2000, 2002 and 2004 I saw Dio 3x on all shows at small clubs and they were probably even more people than at the Station and we all know how Dio used so many pyrotechnics in the 80s, Well Thank God nothing like that was used then again Dio never needed that bc he would Rock the place like nobody in the business, The Crowed would go into a mayor Frenzy, Now 20 years has passed since the Station tragedy and It has popped up on my Tv and I have watched all the videos and I think of..What if that would have been me at does Dio shows🤔. This was Horrible, A horrific tragedy, What a terrible way to die.😢

Thanks! The timeline wall sounds great when read out this way.
Lighting tech Dave Stone pulled the fire alarm as he left his booth and headed for the kitchen exit.
No one knows who the woman was that Mike Vargas described (she is seen for a second or two on the Greg Best footage.) Three women died later. But far more were very badly injured. So she may have lived.

    Thank you.
    Two small corrections:
1.). The hallway was 6’ 6” wide, not 3 feet.
2.). Mark Knott landed on bouncer John Arpin’s white Buick Skylark, not on his patrol car.

These two podcasts are superior in terms of its information. Very much appreciate it. Wow about the Rhode island governor giving daily updates for as long as he did. I'm curious about last survivor(s) getting out six minutes after. How did they live so long in the building? Were they badly burned? Did they continue to live? Idle questions.

X firefighter here, a lot of heroes especially from civilians with the exception on 1 blimp human blob who in video stood at front door while heroes tried to pull people out of doorway. He can be seen standing at railing and then just walked off. To him, sleep well
