    Aren’t those injectors too big for the build? think you would want 5.5 which max out around the 150s hp I believe but not sure… with those components are you around 130?

      For the current build they are overkill. But we have plans for the near future.. she's been running amazing so far after getting tuned.

    I originally ordered an S&S Intake but it looked like junk, then bought the HPi intake, and man what a piece of artwork. Too bad you can't see it. I stuck worth the stock throttle body on my 122 upgrade, but run a Screamin Eagle high torque cam, Fuelmoto stage 2 air cleaner kit, and Tab headers with 4.5" zombie baffles and wide band sensor kit from Powervision. Love the power and torque...too bad my water pump blew, and I'm fixing that now on a 22 Ultra Limited with 7500 miles. Nice bike and great detail!

      Sounds like a sick bike too! How are you liking the 122?

      @@WeRide2 Thanks man! I love the 122, more power than I need. I went from the 114 to 122 and got gobs of torque. When I dialed it in on the dyno, I was putting out 130 ft-lbs torque and 115hp...she scoots in any gear and RPM now. Correction above, it's a 2019, not a 2022. Not sure how I put 22.

    Planning a Star 30-30 and VTP 65 combo along with 6.3 injectors too. I know it’s a different cam and intake but the results should be similar. What did the bike make for numbers and more importantly how’d it perform when riding ?

    • @WeRide2

      125HP 125 torque. More twitchy compared to the original stage 2 with stock intake, throttle body and injectors. It performs great really happy with it.

    Correct me if I’m wrong but didn’t you take out the gaskets from the manifold side and not the intake side of the flanges?

    • @WeRide2
      @WeRide2  2 місяці тому

      I replaced the gaskets on both intake flanges and installed the o ring that Fuel Moto supplies on the side that connects to the throttle body.

    Did you have any problems tuning the 62mm with the 114 motor? I have close to the same setup. A 114 with the hpi 62mm throttle body and hpi 62mm intake, rs 468 cam and 5.5 injectors. My tuner is telling me that it’s way too much for the 114 and doesn’t even want to full with it. That it isn’t going to run right. Hpi actually recommends the 62 for a 114. I’m trying to figure out if he is thinking from a twin cam mentality.

    • @WeRide2
      @WeRide2  Місяць тому

      To my knowledge my tuner had no problem with it, if anything the bike has a little more twitchier throttle response. Along those lines George Bryce (Star Racing) has a video on the impacts of large throttle bodies and the M8 engine. Check it out: ua-cam.com/video/xnE-B4tyNNQ/v-deo.html

    I changed my throttle body and intake a few months back. Now I have a leak. Do you know what damage could happen if I rode 300 miles

    • @WeRide2
      @WeRide2  2 місяці тому

      I would think that extended riding could be dangerous as an intake leak is changing your air to fuel ratio. I would take it apart and check your intake manifold gaskets before riding.

    At 1:45 mark the orange gasket is very visible. Any idea why this stock gasket has a tab sticking out of the top? So far, all the replacement intake manifolds do NOT have this type of gasket.

    • @WeRide2
      @WeRide2  5 місяців тому

      The HPI intake manifold I replaced it with has the same gasket just black. Not sure about the purpose of the tab.

    how does the 62 hpi compare to 64 hdse

      Good question. We'd probably need to put both on a flow bench to see the difference.

    Can this 62 fit on a 107?

    • @WeRide2
      @WeRide2  9 місяців тому +1

      Good question. The only fitment details I've seen is 2018+ Harley Softail & bagger

    • @Big-Daddy96
      @Big-Daddy96 9 місяців тому +2

      It will fit a 107 but your better off saving money towards a big engine setup that will benefit more from the 62 throttle body
