Double Chocolate Bread

In this video, I will show you an easy recipe on how to make chocolate bread.
Ingredients
2/3 c packed light brown sugar
1/2 c butter, softened
2 c semi sweet choc chips divided
2 eggs
2 1/2 c all purpose flour
1 1/2 c applesauce
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
for the glaze
1/2 c choc chips
1 tbsp shortening
