It sure is! I think Hamelin did a great job a concerto just for the Piano is very rare. Please keep in mind that the original uploader was TheExarion but he uploaded the movements separately and I just "glued" the together.
The Master performer of this piece is not Hamelin, Wee , Gibbons or even Smith - although each do a fine job: The standard was set early days by John Ogdon, here on YT.
Now I understand with the score that effectivelly this is a very difficult piece.
