Very excellent service you are doing sir 🙏. I am also sparrow lover. 15years back I offered water n paddy in my bolcony, only 4 sparrows came and eating . Now more than 80 sparrows are visiting. After watching your vedio I inspired to make nests for them. Thank u very much sir 🙏🙏🙏
This is a really good initiative. But I'm worried that if readymade nests are prepared, the next generation of sparrows will forget the ability to build on their own. Instead, we can scatter the raw materials and leave them be. For those who have never experienced it, it is a pleasure to watch them build these nests on their own. That being said, this still has its merits in creating awareness, as shown by the feedback given by the students. Thanks DTE and Khatri ji. Keep up the good work. We need it more than ever.
They don't won't forget to build their own, they don't watch their parent's build it either, therefore they don't learn. They just know it by instinct, like we learn by instict how to move, the thing is, they don't knwo the human world, they don't know we own cats, and feed them, they don't know windows, or which trees are going to be cut down, we know so we cann helpt them build their home at a save place
Sparrows mainly need a cavity or box like space, normally they make the nest inside a ventilation space/ bird house. So no worries, the important part "the nest" will still be made by the sparrows themselves, and they'll most probably rip off bits of straw material used in this video to wrap/ insulate for making nest,, It's more like making a bed inside a room! All we have to do is provide that room by making these apartment/box/ bird house! Birds will still make the bed(natural nest) themselves!
They will not forget. Because our aim is to increase number of sparrow as the sparrow population increase, the artificial nest will be used by some sparrows rest have to make their own house. So they will automatically build nest for their need. Necessities is discovery of invention. Even if sparrow get additiced to readymade nest their will more house constructed by humans for them.
There are several suggestions for constructing an aviary: Give yourself plenty time. Use ready made boat blueprints. (I discovered about these and more from Aviary magic method site )
I loved this information and massage and also steps taken by this great man. I love sparrows alot, daily I feed many sparrows at my home. I would like to work with this great man, if ever get a chance.
From 5 sparrows visiting / living near our house in 2011, we now have about 40 who live in our garden most of the year. The steps we took around our house and garden were : # Bajra feeding stations - as many as we had space for in different parts of the house. # Deep water bowls filled with water to the brim so they can easily drink and also bathe in the water. # Leftover food is collected in kitchen by scraping clear plates and karahis and given to birds in separate dishes. # All utensils are washed atleast once in 2-3 days but washed away from the kitchen. # Nest boxes are put up and cleaned once a year too. # No pesticides are used in our garden so worms / insects possibly abound. # We dont disturb the birds by sharp sounds. # We try to keep cats away though are not always successful. Cats eat 1-2 birds for hunger but kill many more for play. Other predators such as owls or shikras kill only for hunger so are fine.
I also started providing food, water and shelter for sparrow. In our locality there are very less sparrow then much less that you can count on your fingers 1-5. Here we have faqta (Dove) and pigeon in large number.
Twice we had a rain bird that built a very delicate simple nest... one day it was destoyed ! Then a pair of sparrow like dotted birds made a nest within two weeks found the nest destoyed and teared !! How can I protect
Bird watching, 🐤🐦🕊️🦅🦆🦉🐔🦃 Yes we could start now. Birds need urgent help. They need a shelter in cold weather and a refugee in hot days too. They need water and food everyday.
You are right sir. We are getting reacher but heart is getting smaller. I am from bodh gaya but living in greater noida. When I go to native place I don't see or less sparrow in my house although their voice were alarming well in childhood. I always feel guilty when I go to village. I appreciate your efforts . I want to connect with you. If you can share your mailid or phone no.
Use less internet, mobile. Keep water in bowl in gallery or terrace or any other open space. Keep bajra and other food items in bowl in open environment. Grow worm with use waste vegetable material and when sparrow comes feed them with worms. And make house of shoes boxes for their increase in population. A aware other people about this to save sparrow..
I had a pair of sparrow which enthusiastlically built their nest in my house but they didnt lay any eggs and suddenly one of them died and other one also died a month later. I couldnt identify the cause for this.

This is amazing. Uncle, you are great. I have seen so many videos for making a nest house, but this one is the best.

In short , this video is showing us how to make a bird house, not the nest actually!
And they're showing how to make it look more natural!

We (the World) need more teachers like you in biology class...

Our future generation is being ruined!
all problem lies in our population number...too much competition are making us soulless.
