Like the man said... Theres absolutely no way the authorities can possibly check or search every single container that comes in to the port.
Could you imagine being stuck in a container , with 30 people , no food water or bathroom facilities , during the global chain crises ? Did they ever fix that ?
Pretty simple. Especially the drugs and goods. You just package it and ship it as if it is something else. Say you are shipping peanut butter. Scoop out a lot of the butter and put drugs in the containers and put the peanut butter back in on top. Throw your boxes in a container with 100s of other boxes and it disappears. That's how almost all illegal drugs come in. Very little crosses the border these days. That's why the idea of a wall stopping drugs is laughable. If you understand how the trade and industry works you realize that if you can't fight a drug war. The only way to get drug use and abuse under control is to legalize and regulate drug use for people who choose to indulge like the British did with heroin in the 60s. Back then they had less than 400 heroin addicts because of their regulated and monitored system. We need to make sure that criminals can't profit from selling drugs and taking that market away from them and regulating it is the only way to do that. Otherwise people will keep finding new and innovative ways to ship things into the country and people who use drugs, which there will always be people who do will continue to have to buy from the street. Until society realizes that we are doing this to ourselves it won't end. People are stubborn and stuck in their views, they won't change.
