Californians are lucky. They got a lot of modern stylish homes. Designs are eye catching. Beautiful.
.00001 of Californians live in a custom home with floor to ceiling glass walls. Many Californians live in shitty homes that cost a fortune!
This home is exquisite. Beautiful to look at and no doubt to wake up in. Something hard for me to overlook and would heavily on my decision if I was in the market for an estate such as this is the close proximity of houses next door. The master bath is a good example but is not alone. There is a stunning wall of glass the tub sits in front of with a view of a wall that you can clearly see has a house on the other side with a large window facing the master bath. It is but mere steps away it seems.
What's the sense of having a glass wall that you would have to keep draped, or shuttered to obtain any privacy. We're talking the desert here, last time I was out that way the one thing that the area did not seem to be lacking for was more desert. So why build the houses intentionally so close. That is the least favorite thing about my house here in LA. Many houses in Beverly Hills have the same problem. They will overbuild too large of a house for the property projecting a gaudy cheapness to the house and neighborhood. Placed on a larger more private lot and the house would be shangri-la.
