Missed tips
Use the Gibby dome to run away when your being shot in the back. Keep it between you and the enemies. Will work at all ranges on various terrain elevations. Also, use his ult on chokepoints or to keep agressive squads at bay. Sometimes its better to use it as an escape tool.
I was gonna post this, too. It's a good escape tool especially if you're running through a building or confined space. I actually do this alot when I run Gibby.

For the Wraith part, a little something I found helpful (probably doesn’t work in higher lobbies) is that you can use it as a makeshift trap in addition as a retreat tool
When trying to escape a fight or saving your teammate, the portal will be a tool for you to reposition and most likely the enemy try to follow the portal if you go outside their line of sight
Simply throw a thermite or arc star at the exit of the portal while you heal/res your teammate and that can either give you an advantage in the firefight or at least deter the enemy for you to get your head back in the game
I think you should also mention that Valk's tactical can break doors. I rarely see people utilize it in that way
Something I run into in ranked with random valk teammates is that they don’t use their Q enough. If it’s end game and I’m in a stalemate with a team or 2 other teams because we all have good positioning, I am using my rockets as soon as I get them and keeping an eye on the timer. It’s such a great ability for keeping continued pressure on teams and forcing them to keep using their heals, it’s also a great ability to use as an opener to a team that you have to push if they have better positioning then you or if you have to give up your position because of the ring and push a team that still has their spot. You really can’t overuse this ability and I’ve found great success on using it like this in high level ranked.
The amount of times I die with valk ult in ranked is so annoying. The scans are usually top late or inconsistent. You think you land on a rat and suddenly it’s a whole team.
I even phased through the ceiling on your screen LOL
1:13 I used to be a wraith main with 13,6k kills. I used it most of the time to push. Especially if you have high ground I make a portal back up. Also used to work really well with out of bounds positions.

Lately I've been just working on holding my own when it comes to 1V3 when I'm with a team. If I have a team that's confidence it's a big help to increase my thoughts patterns to take out the🙂 enemies
I can't be the only one who'll use Caustics ult as a deterrent so i can safely rez my mates if they're knocked in a small area or building?
Hope you make more parts for this series about all the legends because this video has already given me multiple new tips for a multitude of different legends.

Yo! It must be good to play with high skilled players lol because most octanes in pubs play the trios like they play it alone. Run into a fight low on health get downed spam ping and get mad that you couldn’t not keep up when they left the other teammates minutes ago and took a Balloon off to fight 3 teams. The ping system is great but they only use it to spam enemies that downed them.
This video made me realize a lesson from enders game. If your enemy knows where you are, then you better not be stationary
downloaded an update I needed after not playing for a few weeks, hopped into ranked and got kicked and banned 🙃 fuck this game.

You missed a couple key tips for some of these abilities. Another specific use for wraith portal is blocking doors, another specific use for valk ult is using it final circle to get a scan of everyone if you no longer need to rotate, and octane stim is really good if you get stunned.

Hello Mango this is a Big Help 100% for me because I have so many mess ups and this is a lot of help that I truly need I'm good at this game but I always think about teammates help because I can hold my own but being on the team just always keeps me thinking about the team holding their own as an team help if I can't 1v3 a team

1 of the best Wraith Ult uses I've seen: The Wraith ended her portal at an edge of the map. Each enemy of the team they were fighting came out , the Wraith punching each of them off the edge 1 by 1

It's KC so if you clear out a team then quickly shield swap and move if possible

Another wraith trick with the portal is to set it on doors so you can’t enter them this can be seen used by players like faide constantly

Could you make a video on recoil smoothing? Been seeing vids about it everywhere but just don’t know how to do it!
You can strafe in one direction (which most do). Or strafe with the recoil. Hence: if the recoil goes right,left, right. You hold down and strafe right,left,right

Pro strat: Don’t use any ability unless it saves you from death while your squad gets 3v2’d.
If you want to use valkyries missle swarm behind cover you just have to peek one side, use the missles, go back behind cover and look to the side were you peeked normaly it shouldnt hit you

I used the portal to get to an explosive hold outside the ring so we could loot it without taking too much dmg.
The entire octane segment is why I hate octane mains. Never been helpful being teamed with an octane bc they push push push and get us killed.

No one's gonna give better information than just play the game and adapt tbh
@@saltycomet It's not just that. Sometimes you gotta watch other players and see their tactics to add it to your arsenal. I suggest spectating sweats in game as youtubers generally only upload the videos where they straight up crack and have good aim that day.

From my experience I can tell that the best way to utilize Nox Grenade is just not being afraid to use it. By saving it for the *worstest* case scenario, you are just risking to ruin the fight you are currently in.
Its also a great thing to use in the open though perfect for cutting out escape routes for the enemies, for instance

today I used the wraith portal really well
we were cornered by a team and the zone so valk wanted to use the ult
horizon how ever was stuck behind a rock (couldn't come to the zone to join the ult) so I portaled the horizon out of there to the valk ult

It came to octane and u had 1 job, pointing out then stimming before hitting the pad, this doesn't make u go further or faster in the air and the stim will wear off before u land, all u did was reduce ur health
this is true, but it's not what makes octanes mess up
