If you just look at it as a class issue then ya no one is crying for Hue cuz he will still be rich at the end of the day but in the context of wanting to be a coach in the nfl you are talking about a whole different context to evaluate privilege. Things are changing for the better in my opinion but it doesn’t mean that bias is gone from hiring decisions
