Re: maintenance, I just sold my house and yeah. The crap you live with for years that piles up and then you fix it all too sell the house. It probably took me 2 months to fix all the little things on just a house that's 15 years old.
So you recommend to do periodic maintenance right?
Unfortunately, this happens to many! Doing projects yearly or so can make a big difference in the future!
