Wow! New to foot drop after radiotherapy in spinal cord area. I am having NHS physiotherapy which is not helping much. The exercises I have been given just exercise my legs and gives me calf cramp on the affected leg every morning on waking. Just tried the exercise along with you on the video and was amazed that I walked around the house - with no foot drop. I know it will not last after just one exercise session but now I know it works. I am going to take your advice and set the alarm on my phone to remind me to do it every hour. Thank you so much for your video. I can only keep improving from now on.
