This has really come a long way. I remember seeing a kid in junior high school who wore what would now be considered and old stye metal and leather brace connected to his built up shoe. I dont know if he had a birth defect or possibly even polio, (this was 1971) He had a severe limp but was still very active, it was obvious he had little control over his foot as he would occasionally catch it on uneven ground and would sometimes fall.

I used D3 and K2 with a multivitamin. I got toxic levels of vitamin D. Neuropathy type symptoms. 😢 Painful. Before getting on the bandwagon, remember to get blood tests. With in s on tests. Detoxification for months. PAIN.😢
