Directions state to use 1/4 cuo per 1 gallon of warm water (he uses 1/2 cup which i think is too much) and it says to clean with the grain of the wood. It did do a good job but would have been much better if scrubbed with the grain of the wood and the cloth dipped and wringed out often. Not enough time was used in this cleanig . I woukd have taken my time and worked in sections with the woodgrain for s much better clean and shine. Good effort though.
true I did use a 1/4 cup and 7 1/2 cup and did not know it needed to go with the grain my reading ain't the best and the bucket I'm using is a 1 gallon but I just seen that I am not using it to the full gallon what if I did have everything like I was supposed to do then it probably would come out a lot better than it did,i appreciate the tip and thank you for commenting on this video because I just learned something new today thank you very much.
I rent and the landlord has old dried out paneling in my apartment ... Went to Walmart and picked up the good ole Murphys Oil ... Can't wait to start I'm just wondering how many applications I'll need ... The paneling has most likely been up since the house was built ( frightening ) ... It does have some beautiful knotting ... I don't understand why people paint paneling white ? In my opinion it looks terrible, thanks for your video .
