Great service - I like the goal that Mary Kennedy relayed - which is to educate folks on their rights as an immigrant. This is really important - although we are skilled folks, we sometime lack the knowledge of our rights. One suggestion - perhaps point folks to some proper websites where they can learn more about their rights - how to use them to defend ourselves. I have gone through the ups and downs of US immigration and have been fortunate of having an excellent immigration attorney guide me. Although I am now a naturalized US citizen, I can completely understand the frustration with legal immigration. Having a good immigration attorney always helps. Thanks for doing this.

I have an I797 extension approved till 2027 July. But recently had to file an amendment as I had to change my client.
My amendment has been pending close to 150 days with Vermont center.
Should I continue to wait for the amendment approval or upgrade to premium.

Any law changes would take 9-12 months depends on the senators support
Any policy changes can do it immediately with the executive orders
But most of the times executive orders will be challenged on the supreme court

Thanks for this amazing video! I have a question on my situation, I am on L1B visa. My 3 years will get over on 2026 march. My son will be on 12th grade then. Just to be clear on the worst scenario like if I don’t get my H1B in 2025 and if no extension approved on my L1B, by march 2026 I have to leave the country in march 2026 but my son will be graduating only that may….
