If you insist on thicker plugs for larger bore items. You could always use a cheap square of cardboard to stand it up. And create the bottom end plug at the same time. Then a plug might come down from the sky. But it won't hurt like one side ejected. I have made my share of holes in things. ❤Luci
The best safest way I found is by doind the same thing with the paper plugs or disks. Wood glue as normal but instead of the hot melt use wax they sell blocks of wax.for candle making and canning food. I use a hot plate and a little cooking pot to melt the wax.. pour a little bit in the ends as you would the hot melt..i also dont go more then 1/4 of wax ..the wax will break up unlike hotmelt plugs and it also dosen't take as much heat to melt the wax unlike hot melt . I also add color dyes to the wax to make colored end plugs. You could even use one of those poppourie wax heaters to melt the wax. Way safer then a gluegun as you dont have a Electrical device next to the salute.just keep the melter away from the assembly bench. Make a bunch and pour at the same time
The last couple cans I’ve lit in the grass the bottom plug stayed right where it was at top one was gone. You would think the top plug would shoot straight up in the air, but if you lay him down sideways, they will go flying. It’s just you and the buddy lighting the shit do whatever but if your mask producing and handing them out to your buddies or lighting them in front of a bunch of people like a crowd being safe is always better. Who gives a fuck what they look like you don’t wanna hurt people or yourself. Keep on keeping on evil 😈
What do you think of superglue plugs? I've seen it in small productions in Vietnam, they fill the end with clay or sawdust and squirt some superglue on the top so it creates a hard top layer keeping the rest in. Most likely shatters upon exploding because the solid part is so thin. Industrial super glue bottles are cheap from china
Hey bud , how do I stop the hot glue from stringing out when filling end caps and yeah they do hurt and broke a window over 80ft away but it seems better if you stand them straight up when lighting thanks
You don’t need any hot glue whatsoever 🎉
Thank you for the advice, just had a fricking end plug that hit me in the face last night when I popped one of my M-1000s

Can you make a strobe rocket? To see the pressure gauge reading
Strobes need to be pressed to about 7500 PSI on the composition, it's just math to convert the size
@@HenrikSherwood Can you make a strobe rocket suppression tutorial?
@user-hz8yl1vw4h Nah brother but there's a lot of info out there on websites like skylighter
I like the look of the black hot melt. What's the type of sticks? Dent removal??? And wheres a decent place price wise?
that hot glue is not needed lmao just use paper discs like the ground salutes made for professional use

Anything works.
Hot glue is a street thing only in America. Most people are going to do what they want and won't take my advice when using it.
@@RunningMan40510 I meant that it could be a cheaper (and possibly better and safer alternative to hot glue) I'm not sure if that's the case though
Nah. Rubber bullets ftw😂
All fun and games until a hot glue endplug takes your teeth out
if the plug is deeper than a quarter inch.
Getting slapped by plugs and clay happens cant say ive been hit by a big boy plug yet tho

You let the glue ooze from the tip until it's a thin strand, then pull out.
