First thumbs up.
Yeah sucks.
wtf
Hey man regarding the tascam, ive learned now. When you use the highest quality .wav format you should have the gains very very low, since the audio is so high quality it can be boosted insanely much without any quality loss so that could be key to recording the bass of the explosion without distortion like dem fireworks. gimme a few days to try it out and ill upload the result
@@KClO3 I've been waiting for the new google.pixel to come out. That's why I haven't been posting much. It just came out today. As for the tascam. Can't wait to hear back. 👍
I’ve been thinking about getting one of these off Amazon, More or less a glorified coffee grinder. For some reason, you seem to be the first one to get the wrong shit and tested out for us. Thank you.🤣🖕
Most likely not using the correct power supply. Also instead of going to UA-cam to cry about it maybe contact the company. They are a great company and have never had an issue with them not making it right. If you waited too long then that’s on you Lol. Don’t blame them for your idiocy.
What the fuck do you know about anything kid? Kick rocks.
Wait, check the electrical specs. See if you need a dedicated 120 circuit or if it will run on any 115 outlet.
your blowing the fuse. mine does that same thing. its meant for some pretty light grains/seeds and most pyro chems tend to pack into it pretty bad. I load mine light and shake it occasionally as it runs and it works great. BUT don't use it near anything flammable. when those bearings die they throw sparks everywhere.
I made a mistake. Can't sell it back now because I've had it to long.
🤣 my 9.99 coffee grinder works perfect
Good for you

Sadly, mills and pulverizers are too costly. Looking at LabX, and Ebay, mills are $$$. Upgrade the ball mill. Slower, but consistent results.
Nah. I'll sell it.
I love most of vevors products they're actually not too bad but about 15% of thier products are absolutely terrible for some reason. Maybe they forgot to feed the slaves over there in china or something but damn

Would you be interested in some sort of sponsorship? I’m talking to some company right now about it and I’m pretty sure you’re getting questions about where you buy your stuff. I’m wanting to keep this on the down low
@777treyu I appreciate that offer. I'm open to the idea. I've got a lot of cleaning house to do on here. Lots of video editing and note editing as well. Many projects and will getting a new phone to help with the channel. I'll be getting google pixil 9 pro.
@@RunningMan40510 right on I should find out more about the opportunity tomorrow they wanted to see my channel and some of my videos so hopefully I didn’t scare them off🤣🖕 Oh, we can’t be affiliated with that guy🤷🏻 do you know what I mean so hopefully we can work something out and come to an agreement
@@777treyu not sure how it's supposed to work out for us from a legal perspective.
@777treyu sponsorship as in making money off what we do I mean just don't want to get into any legal hassle.
@@RunningMan40510 same here I don’t know the legalities yet. Hopefully it’s not too complicated. they sent me an email wanting me to review their product and I randomly ask them if they do a sponsorship and they said possibly let me see your videos and I know our kind of content isn’t very popular and that we could possibly team up to get out more content with a sponsorship as a crutch I would probably have to start a new channel to clean things up, depending on the benefits maybe I’m thinking too big but the possibilities are there i’ve seen this method where people combine their channels somewhat to get more views. I don’t know if you’re into something like that, but I can totally dig the solo thing.
Beautiful sound and that’s off the phone tight
I say 10/10 💪🏽
Where do you get your sticks from? I have everything else and been making mortars and cans for a while, but I can't find a consistent source of long strait sticks like that for rockets.

@RunningMan40510 cool, thank you, i appreciate the response.🙏🙏
I remember visiting relatives on the Fourth Of July in the late 1960's and observing a local neighbor guy of theirs using a homemade device that made a sound that would rival that of an M-80. The guy called it a "polish cannon", and he had taken several beer cans, remembering those were the days when beer cans were made of steel, epoxied the cans all together end to end, drilled holes in the bottom of each can, except for the very last one on the bottom end. He would take his "Polish cannon" and squirt enough lighter fluid into the opening of the top can so that when he was twirling his cannon a few times, the fluid would travel through all the cans reaching the bottom one. Once that was achieved he would take a cigarette lighter and put the open flame to the opening of the top can creating the boom, all the while holding the cannon with one hand and thev lighter in the other. I must say, as a 10 year old like I was at the time, that was pretty impressive, still is even now when I think back on it as a 66 year old.😆😅🤣

Sweet
For 30-100 g's do you like the 70/15/15 better Or the 55/15/15/15 better for ground salutes. Idk i feel like i get better results with tpa when sulfur is in the mix. I have had good results with blue Al as well i did 70/20/10/10 (70 kclo4/20 blue/10 5413/10 sulfur. They were smaller 25 gram salutes (1"x2/1/2" tubes) used american visco with no ignition issues. I'm thinking if I didn't have sulfur in their there would have been issues but man it seemed more powerful then the tpa mix. Do you leave any airspace at all when you're using TPA? I filled them to the brim like I would with 70/30. Thanks for your time n effort dude .
@bryanmoore3051 Without a decibel meter, you can't confirm which is louder with absolute certainty. Loudness and frequency response will also be affected by your surrounding environment. A three gram m80 will sound different during the night as well. Best thing to do is test everything in one demo during the night. Your camera will tell you which one has the biggest bass response and your decibel meter how loud with literal numbers to shut people up. Test all my formulas at 20 grams and report back. I'm not working anymore so I'll be doing the same test eventually. I'm behind in a kit of projects and demos due to work which took a lot of time and energy away from me. Now that I'm unemployed and living back at my parents house, I will be doing as much as I can before finding work which will slow me down again like before. Of I had it my way, I'd be rich so I didn't have waste time and energy at work and conduct all my experiments and work on my music as a solo artist.
@@RunningMan40510awesome man, I wish you nothing but positive vibes. Definitely appreciate your effort. I will do some more back to back comparisons for sure.
This was very nice, I use the same formula for my kno3 flash as it’s hard to get kclo4. Are your header plugs just hot glue?
Yes. I wouldn't reuse this mix because it doesn't put out nearly as much energy as all the other mixtures I use. KCLO4 is god and until you get your hands on it, you really don't know.
@@RunningMan40510 thank you. Kno3 for sure doesn’t have as much power but I find it helpful with colored shells and small and quick salutes. Noticed kno3 starts to sound the same no matter how much grams or how contained it is.
It looks like you’re losing out visually with the new camera versus the old one.

@@RunningMan40510 user error
@@paradisepyro4697 I sent it back after reading all the reviews, I became convinced that it was a piece of shit that not even lipstick could save. I bought a small cheap phone for calls/internet and bought an 800$ sony cam with a pro mic at Best Buy. Small PHONE lenses = poor definition/blurry vision, double vision, large pixels, visual static and poor color/saturation. We'll see how the TASCAM pairs with my latest and greatest purchase of today. Trying to make QUALITY video feels like trying to crack the secret code to the universe. If something doesn't work good outside the box, toss it and move on! Next!
user error still, you likely didn’t try HDR, cinematic or ProRes if you really wanted quality. Looks like your importing into an editing software too, your check your export settings?
@@paradisepyro4697 Still doesn't matter. Look at the lense on every phone. People are either attach external lenses if not using digital cams with real lenses exclusively intended for youtube.
Home made crackle ✨ stars?
@@777treyu nope. Came from consumer shell. I have a 5lb drum of stars.
Hey, do you know what mix Cobras 6 and 8 use? Those sound so deep compared to most ground salutes that I hear.
@@thevault1575 There are so many blends to bring out the heaviness in large crackers and shells. Choose one and they all have a unique characteristic about them. I list them in my flash vid upload from a while back.
@@RunningMan40510 ok I will check it out. Do you have a discord or telegram where I can contact you? I wanna show you some of my salutes and you can critique them. If not then I will make a pyro channel and post them.
90 gains sounds exactly the same and is just louder 💯 I notice how realistic the audio is now, it sounds like how it sounds irl!
Those are really good rocket, they fly straight and have a symmetrical break.
That’s what happens when you do your research and actually know what a rocket is all these other people are making these stupid ass sideways, rockets, and say look at me I made a strobe rocket 🚀.
Very nice audio for sure. But something is wrong with your video quality. If you're actually using an iphone 15 pro max, the quality should be MUCH better. Even at 1440p or 4k resolution your video is still extremely pixelated and blurry. (it might have to do with recording at night, try increasing the light exposure on the iphone (its the interface where you raise up the sun icon when clicking to focus) Nice rockets, what whistle composition and details on the header?
@@NagashiChidorii I didn’t know that about the sun. I thought it was supposed to come automatic out of the box. Maye the Iphone 16 will have it. 😂
Yeah I was just about to say that. my IPhone 15 Pro Max takes perfect videos at night. I think he needs to take his phone back and get the other 3999k they forgot to put in his cameras 🤣
No. Theyre overloaded sabers. They’re basically flash thunder Roman candles.
I was screwing around with some dry bismuth crackle mix today. I tested about 1g dry powder and could only get it to fizzle and smoke out so I put 5g down and lit it. Shit blew up like flash 😂 ears are ringing
Did you put a nozzle on this? Wondering if you would be able to use khp as a 1 stage on a nuclear rocket but if it has that power I would be worried of it lifting a little.
bro id switch to RODE videomic stereo and plug it straight to your camera/phone, the sound quality from this mic is superior
When I get a new job, I'll look into it.
I disagree personally, it's not a bad mic at all but I feel like it makes the explosions sound way too bland, the tascam is more finicky but once you get it dialed in it's worth it!
@@KClO3 mostly because its raw sound recorded, gotta tweak it a little in post
