Salaam Brother Yasin , yes there is and an arab quarter. And indian quarter too. Slso halal thai places but u have to look for them

or you can look for southern thai cuisine ( south of thailand is mainly muslim ) so everything is halal ! there a large thai muslim community in thailand u will have no problem !
