    Debbie, I must have watched this video 10 times already. Every time I see it I DEAD wid laugh when you sa a Jessie dis she look like say she a bleach...OMG. Your humor reminds me soooo much of my mother. OMG I enjoy watching your videos.

    Hi Ms. Debbie, I'm new to your channel and I love it. I made these Festivals this morning with some Saltfish Buljol, and I must say I can't wait to show them off to my Son-in-Law who's Jamaican lol. FYI I've already eaten 5 of them LOL

      @@Theresmore2lifethanthis Hi, they came out GREAT! My son-in-law was very impressed with the results being he is the chef in the family :) I did use brown sugar. Hope this helps :)

    I just made this delicious festival from your video Debbie for Sunday morning breakfast. It was so good. My family just LOVED it. I am so happy for your videos. I made some Salmon fritters. Sorry mi nevah have no saltfish. LOL..LOL..A Salmon run tings dis mawning...LMAO

    Ms Debbie, what is your opinion on adding vanilla, butter and using milk instead of water? This has been added in other recipes but to me your version seems more authentic. Cheers,

    I see some say to wait for two hours to let the dough rise but this looks just fine. Is it better to wait two hours after kneading the dough? Or should I do it like your video tutorial, just put it right in the oil after kneading? If it taste the same I won’t wait I’ll make them today..
