I own both the Bluetti AC180 and EB70S and love them both. Them paired together is a powerhouse that'll give me all the power availability that I'll ever need.
I ordered an AC70 yesterday 8/21/24 for $399 direct from Bluetti. I also have an EB3A, an EB55 (which was replaced at no charge 1 1/2 years into the warranty), a PS72 and an AC200P. They are very handy to have around when camping or when the power goes out.
Weird that you said you had to have the EB55 replaced because I had issues with mine too! And so did another friend. Idk what happened there with that model.
The battery pack is Lithium Phosphate which is quite different from Lithium Ion. They are safer, and have a huge advantage with a much higher charge cycle... 500 for Ion, 3000+ for lithium Phosphate.
yesterday i bought newer version, which is AC70P 864Wh, for me deal breaker over ac180 was to have 2x usb-c 100W. And top of that, ac70P have wireless charging
@@BaptismOverland yeah, anything listed as just Lithium-ion is old tech, it's only benefit over LiFePO4 is that it's lighter, but LiFePO4 is far superior, life span of 3-5 times longer, more reliable and efficient, far safer and more stable. Don't buy power stations that aren't LiFePO4
Getting close to a useful add-on for a Tesla for camping... Changes id like. Power output to 1200W (so you can use induction stoves) DC input with hugher amperage (to 16A) Reduce price and maybe reduce battery to 500Wh
After checking out vtoman and ecoflow this ac70 is what I want, unfortunately in mexico they sell them twice the price if you can even find it ,only one at normal price is vtomans but they recharge to slow 😢
Love that! I'm a weekend warrior too but in hurricane prone areas I use these primarily for extended power outrages but of course use it for camp too lol
Great review! I’m considering this AC70 for camping, with a solar panel to keep it charged. Do you think if solar charged during the day it’ll last a few days powering a 45L fridge freezer?
My NEW AC70 keeps doubling everything i hook up to Ac. 3 of my socens SAY 45WATTS on tv and Ac70 says 75watts! My 3 other sogens say fan is 33watts but my ac70 says 62watts??? What the "fudge cakes bro"?????
Wtf. That's super weird! I haven't tested one device on diff powerbanks but I'm gonna try it. The ONLY thing I could think of is your other ones aren't producing as much power. The AC70 has this "lifting power" feature which cranks out more power to lift higher wattage items. It could be that. Try plugging in a lower wattage device into the diff power banks and see if you get double still. Because a fan is a pretty high wattage device
Yep. Not a huge gap between the two. For that price I would go with the 180 also. It's not that much bigger so it won't take up much more room. You'll love the 180!
@@BaptismOverland I have 2 of them. My only complaint with the ac180 is that it won't charge with my vehicles on board 400 watt inverter due to its modified syne wave. I grabbed a EB70 brick charger to go between the vehicle inverter to the 12 volt solar input. At least I can get a constant 200 watt charge this way.

Yep! You won't need this one then. You're set
You are wrong! You can never have enough solar power stations.... LOLOL!
@@japanham5973 the whole vehicle is a solar panel 😂
I bought one and love the blue tooth integration
Me too!
Great video Asia Samson, Nice Channel with proper logic, weldone.
Thank you!
Grounding the power station might help to reduce AC inverter noise interference... Lots of "depends on...." but it might help.

Yeah I learned that after from there. Def better!

Yep. And I love the size
LiFePO4 is Lithium Iron Phosphate, which is much better than Lithium Ion!
I just learned something new!! This is what happens when you don't pay attention in chemistry. Thanks man!
@@BaptismOverland ha! No worries - technology changes fast.

These are currently on sale for $450.

The AC70 has a feature called Power Lifting that can run heating devices up to 2000W.
I received mine very nice am going to put it on my ice chest to see how long it would go it might got alittle far cause it's cold right now thank u
How long was will last with a Xbox series x and 24 in tv
Size Matters......in arms to lift the Generator 🤣🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘
Haha
I’m digging the hat

Dang that sucks
As a weekend warrior I just prefer to have a Dr prepare 100AH lifepo4 battery with Hub. And it's only $400 and a much longer run time

Brooooooo this just came out like 3 days ago......😮😮😮😮🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘
I know :)
nice
180 is the way to go ...
I like both for many diff reasons
Nice size/wh competitor to the River Pro, depending on cost, hopefully it’s not $1/wh because they’ll continue losing to EcoFlow if so.
I got confirm from them today but I can't release info. I WILL say...it's VERY competitive. VERY. Lol

I think so. Fridges surprisingly don't take up that much power. But it'll all depend too on how much sun you're getting

Hey so I watched a video of a mount u have for a roll up tent but I can’t seem to find it do u know the name of that video by any chance? Thanks
That's the video "5 Random But Easy Mods" and that mount is from American Adventure Labs
The ac180 is only $150 more than the ac70 right now so for me it is hard to justify the ac70.

AC70 for $499 or AC180 for $650? I had to go with the 180.
More power for sure! It's just bigger. And heavier lol. I use the 180 for longer trips and the 70 for weekends
No Light 🤔🤔🤔
Yep. I've never used the light in any of my powerbanks though although some do.
my guess is $699.00
Actually $499!
@@BaptismOverland wow thats a great price
