Seonkyoung Longest I love both of your channels, it's nice to see 2 of my favourite UA-camrs collaborating!
Seonkyoung Longest と
Love this recipe this is one of my.favs 👍👍
Can't stand you
Sesame oil is a miracle worker!!
As a fan of both channels, I’m surprised I haven’t seen this before. Looks great. Every time you hear the word “noodars,” you need to take a drink!
Seeing you two cooking together and enjoying the day is wonderful.
I tried this recipe and it was great! The only thing I want to comment about is the sauce at the end. I think 1/3 cup of soy sauce is too much. I should've added a little at a time but I trusted their judgement. If anyone is to make this recipe, I think 1/4 cup or even less will suffice. Remember you can always add more, not take away. Otherwise, very great recipe! :)
Uyen Vu hi, did you find that all you could taste was sesame oil?? I want to make this but it seemed like soooo much sesame oil haha
Def. just looking at this, and i have made it a couple times, too much soy sauce and too much sugar .!!(. Seonklongest really just took over the gurl show when she was just a guest. Rude. Imo at least. She on the other hand has doubtlessly made her SIGNATURE DISH mannny times and should probably knew it was too much suace for most people. Just seemed a little undercutting to me. Our Host was very kind tho. Kudos to her 👍😀👍

You know, you're very rude. Nami (Just One Cookbook) invited Seonkyoung to demonstrate her recipe. Nami _knows_ Seonkyoung's personality and trust me, this is the _way toned down_ version of Seonkyoung. Further, _how dare_ you accuse Seonkyoung of undermining Nami's channel? All it would have taken is 45 seconds of going over to Seonkyoung's channel, looking up her recipe for japchae, and looking in the description to find the written recipe. Over there, you would have found that her recipe for the sauce is exactly the same as she presented it today on Nani's Channel but with tree addition of one tiny clove of minced garlic (which further balances the soy). Oh, and I'm willing to bet you're using cheap Kikkoman soy sauce instead of real Korean soy sauce. Totally different flavors, dude. (No wonder you're japchae didn't taste good.) Why don't you go somewhere else on some other little channel for little twelve-year-old little boys. You're a disgrace, making such an accusation.
Oh my God!!! I love seonkyoung longest .Asian at home and i love your channel toooo
I love japchae! Great collaboration! Thanks for the recipe; can't wait to try it out!

Love both of you Namiko and seonkyoung. Really nice collaboration. Keep up!
+Luveena Lee Love you too! ❤️
It looks delicious!!! I didn't know that Japchae is actually mixed after each ingredients are cooked -- I always thought it is more like fried noodle. Thanks for the video!
I agree! So much easier to mix outside than inside the wok over fire -- it made the noodle all sticky! Thank you.
+Le Genou de Claire Most of traditional Korean recipes' vegetables are prepared separately. That's why they always look so beautiful! 😊
Thank you for this Japchae "hack"! I'm actually going to cook this tomorrow :-)
Yes enjoy you and Seonkyong!

Please don't take this the wrong way, you are a couple of lovely ladies, but I soooo loved your videos without anyone talking to me just easy steps being shown with really unique music. I just get too distracted with people talking in videos and it becomes really like just all the many others out there - please don't abandon the charming videos you've been doing.
+Namiko Chen (Just One Cookbook) Well I'm glad you did, it was nice to see you and also to be introduced to another cook, I'll be looking forward to videos by you both :) I just have a special fondness for your charming videos.

Well done, Nami!
Hey Nami! Great video! I just wanted to touch base with you that your Soup recipe is still not up on the contest page I have been looking for it each day. Keep up the awesome work.
I just found your channel. I instantly knew it was going to be something special. I love the videos I've watched so far and I'll be sure to also check out your blog :)
When they mixed everything in the end, do you really need your hands to mix it or can tongs be used?
Aside from that everything else was great!
nice!!!! and lovely i love your video :) cheer up!!!!!
(from korea)
Oishisooooo. I must try it!!
I so much prefer those shitaki than the flatter ones. I notice at the local Japanese market they have both and I prefer the rounder ones because they seem to have more flavor - but they're still labelled shitaki. Am I imagining that the flavor is better?
I need those testtubes-lookalike measuring things!
I will try make japbae
Great Recipe! Love your channel! I'd love to see you two tag match again and do Sundubu jjigae one of these days - always wanted to learn how to make it but I keep seeing different broth recipe all over. Thank you for posting this recipe :)
+krazury I have an older recipe, but I'm planning on making a newer one soon! So check out my channel too and tune in!
+Seonkyoung Longest that's awesome! I will be checking your channel for sure:)
Soooo good!
Feel lovely ,,sure will tray this dish,,,way ur hands gose,,,,,love u too!
Just made this tonight and it is wonderful! So easy to make and very tasty. One question: are the noodles supposed to be a little rubbery? The directions said to rinse them so I did. Thanks for the video! I'm going to look for one for kimbap next!
That looks amazing! =)
Hi!! Can I use Japanese soy sauce as a substitute as I don't have Korean soy sauce?
Sure! :)
Hmmm it also reminds me of Suki Yaki...... Thank you ladies!
+CalangofCorona How did you come to that?? This is nothing like sukiyaki.
You mean yakisoba?
***** I think you're right.
***** Oh yeah! Funny too, I just made sukiyaki the other night, forgot all about that.
This day is really come true :D my family favorite dish :x
Hope you give a try with your family!!! 😊 this recipe is perfect for gathering!
