The Beefless Korean B is one of my favorites. If you cook it in the air fryer for a long time, it almost becomes like a jerky.
I put Valentina or tapatio on those cassava chips with lime and love them like that 😅

I'm so interested in that beef bulgogi. Hopefully they'll have that dish in our TJ.
I cook corn on the cob in the microwave. Wrap in plastic wrap with a little butter substitute for 2 minutes. Turn over and cook 2 minutes more. I do it on full power. Unwrap and eat (when cool enough). Yum
I recommend the Corn and Chile Tomato-Less Salsa! I make a dip out of it using 3 parts salsa with 1 part vegan mayo or vegan sour cream.

Add coconut aminos to the riced cauliflower stir fry. So good.

I completely agree...pecans in general just taste kind of stale...I like them anyway but there is a stale-ish flavor that is inherent to them. Great video!

I LOVE the chikn pineapple cauliflower rice ! My partner and I put chili oil crisp on top and chefs kiss.
Must Try: Beefless Bulgogi with TJ's Japchae OR with rice and TJ's Gochujang and some veggies like carrots/cabbage/kimchi for a vegan bibimbap! Gochujang is a little spicy but in small amounts adds great flavor.

A main dish on Thai restaurant menus is pineapple rice (for vegans: cashews instead of chix - - does that one taste like they were going for Thai spices ???
Every time you make one of these videos I make a list and go shopping the next day. Can't wait to try some of these. I have found the Almond Breeze Nog to be the best tasting, no weird after taste. Even my non-vegan family members like that one.

Tastes are so subjective. My family LOVES the Oat Nog! We don't find it too sweet at all, especially compared to regular non-vegan eggnog, which can actually have twice the sugar depending on the brand. For us the thickness is perfect. We shake it up real good, and I serve it in espresso cups, so we all get about a half a serving (1/4 cup), which is perfect for us. I like to serve it with a little sprinkling of cinnamon. We've also used it in our coffee or baking; like pancakes, cupcakes, etc.

Also, on the steak tips, can’t remember if you don’t like sweet sauces, but those taste GREAT with a sweet spicy and tangy sauce all in one.. YUM! I do ketchup, maple syrup and garlic chili sauce .. sooo goood, can do on mash or rice.. YUM!
I haven’t tried the other two but the basic cauliflower stir fry from TJ’s is great….I love it for breakfast.
Poor Chris! Get better soon. I was recently soooo sick from flu/cold/laryngitis…..horrible stuff. Feel better!

The bulgogi is amazing!!! We use it in stir fry. Barely have to add more sauce! Apparently someone found the original manufacturer (Nasoya), and it is like 2x the price compared to the TJs packaged one! We bought 5 last time to last a few months in case they stop carrying it
You HAD me at ratatouille! will try those bites......the stir fry cauliflower is GREAT WITH edamame beans for a complete meal...waaay high in protein!

Chris that Korean “beef” is soooo good with their new chimichurri, please trust me on this, the chimichurri is where they put the vegan pesto and hummus etc.

A lil tip for the products you don’t love: TJ has the best return policy, if you don’t like it or if it goes bad before you get to it you can return for your money back ! Love TJ for this since they come out with so many products all the time, makes it easier to try new things without worrying about potentially wasting your money.

Three GOOD reasons to cut down on rice these days: (1) arsenic and rice, (2) because of the arsenic, white rice is now more recommended than brown rice, and (3) cauliflower "rice" is much lower carb.
Diluting the any type of "nog" with whatever type of milk beverage you like will help thin out and even out the sweetness.
Idk if someone commented, but you can buy those popcorn kernels that pop like that on Amazon. I buy them sometimes. But it’s been a few years. But it’s mushroom style popcorn, I’d share a link but I don’t want my comment to be removed idk your settings. Just check the pictures! 🤗

I am not a picky person (there are very few things I truly don't like), but I haaaate cantaloupe!!! It's got such a weird musky (almost rotten) flavor to me... so I feel ya, Chris!!!

The Bulgogi flavor is freaking addictive. I slice each piece in Half length wise to make it easier to chew. I’ve added it to the tjs Korean mochi sticks with the red sauce.
