The Band Of Skulls drummer judged my band to win a battle of the bands competition back in about 2008 & the bassist used to serve me beer!! Great to see them doing so well years later, they kick ass!!

A bunch of punk/crazy kids roaming the streets acting tough. They all have a sour attitude towards eachother when they met. Then they bond and become friends and everything is sweet.
It’s interesting you say that. I saw them open for the chili peppers way back and the drums in particular stood out to me as being monstrous and just thumping the fck out of my chest. Specifically in the song patterns, one of the best drummers I’ve ever heard and I’ve been drumming my whole life

I remember seeing them in Sugar night club 2015. It was a good show, packed. No wait at 1/3 bars in the club made getting drunk in front of my designated driver a little funnier.
Just saw them Alternating for the RHCP in San Diego CA!!! I was so impressed! if someone were to ask me what band formed in the 2000s is your favorite, i would probably say its these guys here! awesome potential! not sure why they arent mainstream yet!
