soundspeats trueair 2 left earbud pairing issue! Can't pair with devices too.

Hi everyone! just noticed that this video had so many views, I uploaded this video so I can share to the soundpeat support the issue I am having aand how I fixed it, I did not put any context as I have no intention to upload as a tutorial, but seeing the views and the comments, glad to see that you got your Trueair fixed, so I am putting some context or steps down below:
quick fix for the Soundpeats TrueAir 2 not syncing to any devices.
1. get both earbuds out of the case, youll see that the left indicator light blinks and does not connect to your devices
2. put it back and close the cover
3. open the case lid, predd and hold the back of the earbuds for 10 secs
4. Lights should turn off and should reset
This clears the connection of the earbuds and it should work!
