How to Fix Soundpeats Trueair2 Working Only One

- One side not working with my new Sondpeats Trueair2. This problem happen when my first time take it out from the box and connect to my Android phone. After read some instruction in the manual I figure out for a solution. Reset the earbuds will let you do reconnect with you smart phone again. You also need to take time for both left and right earbuds to connect each other. After that you can connect you earbuds successfully both left and right to your phone.

PLEASE HELP the left bud doesn't work, i can still pause and change songs with that bud but there's no sound

Nothing will work unless you do your right settings on your phone .. I was also facing same problem before but now I fixed own my own.. please do this steps carefully 100% work.. go to your settings

Then on the top portion you will see option of hearing, visibility, sounds etc
Go check your hearing setting..if blue colour of lines fully goes to right then u will able to hear sounds only on right side .. so all you have to do is make that blue line in middle after that it works on both earbuds thank you . If it works please like my comment.. 😊💯

What if the light blinking on the earbud is only on the left side while on the right side, it's not showing?
Yeah same issue light doesn't blink on right side. It turns red when charging only.

Whenever im resetting it’s still blinking and don’t connect to each other!! Please if you have solution ❤
Before pairing back with device, place the white light one back in the case. Then pair the single red flashing one to device. After paired, grab the other one out and they should link together. Worked for me.
